Almost 1 month experience with their new mumbai server really super fast at very best price
they are really using the Enterprise level NVMe disk as i had asked for the screenshot from server level to verify the same. some providers are doing false advertisement like its nvme and they are using HDD but genhost is 100% genuine with their services and quality of service and support are really promising

i recommend genhost for everyone and im one of the happiest customer in their company

Reseller packages comes with everything an reseller needs , Excellent super fast NVMe servers. After moving my websites to genhost my website performance got improved which has given massive improvement in my Website SEO.

I lost my backups most of the times with many provider which is an main concern of reseller but genhost do offer WHM Plugin where we can able to configure the backups to our own place this is feature which is needed by each reseller. I had configured the each backups to my own client google drive so the backups will be on their own place

Genhost do understand about the backup safty which is the main reason they had given such excellent new plugin to their reseller's.

I never got such excellent service in my 8 years experience with many top hosting provider

Level of support is super fast over whatsapp and ticket.

Do not be carried away by the good reviews - no business can write bad reviews about themselves but they can forge or lure new clients to give them good reviews.

If I have to write my experience with GENHOST, India, it will take about 10 pages for detailed information but briefly this is what you’re going to get if you host with GENHOST.

I started reselling with two different brands with them from 2021. Initially, everything was cool and good, then..

With one reseller account (hostingafrica), all 20+ websites disappeared one day and they blamed it corrupted disk with no refund or recovery!

The other reseller account (I cannot mention for business privacy) experienced what I have listed below;

0. They suspended over 300 cPanel accounts including my hosting website for the reason of one client, one website hosting phishing content - how can you suspend and punish over 300 clients because of one client?? That’s insensitive, wicked, unprofessional and not good for the hosting industry.

They asked me to get a VPS because “I cannot be allowed in shared environment” which I paid $39.99 per month; and they suspended it twice in two weeks because they claim websites on the VPS are using more resources and that I should add Cloudlinux - I was fast to backup before the suspension to save my clients and business!

For the 1 year and 4 months of reselling and hosting with them, they regularly suspended my clients account without any notification or proper reason - I had to “beg” them and they will unsuspend it.

If you want to host or resell with GENHOST, this is what you get!!

1. Errors (500, 404, etc.) almost every week

2. Server Down - your website will go down a lot of times.

3. Loss Of Money: You will pay for service and get interrupted by suspension or termination.

4. No Alert/Warning: You will not be communicated with for any action they take against your account.

5. Tickets Unanswered: Your tickets may not be answered and closed. If you’re lucky and they answer, your issue may not be solved. The ones they claim they solve will keep happening (errors)

6. They use “Respected” Client when addressing you but they do not care a bit about your website or hosting if you are a reseller.

7. Whatsapp Chat Support: They can ignore you for days without attending to you and are rude in dealing with clients after all they have taken your money.

8. Money Conscious, Not Service Conscious: If you’re a new client, they will be nice to you and take your money, when you start experiencing problems, then they show you who they really are.

9. Slow Server/System: Their server is slow and one will have to use the “Optimize Website” command to get their websites a bit faster - my clients complained a lot about speed.

10. cPanel/Softaculous/Wordpress License Errors

I can go on and on and share my experience - if you are new with them or have not started experiencing what we are experiencing - thank your God but be on the alert and be wise - Backup your websites and save you cash and sweat!!

I will not ask you NOT to host with them because imperfection exists every but - learn from my experience!

Low price and High Service Guranteed with genhost

I will be honest, Genhost is generally a good hosting company as compared to many others. But.....

There are three issues I personally faced with this genhost company. If they can resolve these, they will be best. If they do nothing about it, a lot more clients who may experience these issues as they host with them will one day be here to share the same experiences/problems.

Already, some clients have commented on these three issues ;

1. They suspend your cPanel accounts without informing you and lock the account so that you cannot unsuspend them. Contacting their support to resolve the issue may at 80% yield no results.

2. Some WHM Features/Commands which are freely available with other reseller hosting companies are unavailable or not activated with Genhost. Requesting for activation of these commands or features lies in their interest to do or not to do

3. Loss of cPanel Accounts or websites will disappear one day. This experience is so true. It happened just as the two points above did.

I got 20 clients within 3 months who were happily hosting their websites on a reseller plan I bought from Genhost. I struggled to get these clients with the hope of making them stay. I woke up one day to check on WHM, and found all accounts were gone! Deleted! 20 Websites lost in a day without recovery!

I sent a support ticket and they told me they had a DISK corrupted and could not recover the files no matter how hard they tried.

4. There are other issues like “error connecting to database, ModSecurity (Checking if you are not a robot) which is forced on all websites, even if you disable the plugin, it keeps showing, Server down for some minutes, Wordpress/Softaculous license expiring every 2 or 3 months and clients are unable to install Wordpress or any softaculous scripts, cPanel error “Cannot read license file”, “error connecting to server”, etc.

If they (Genhost) can fix these issues, they can be better in the hosting industry.

This email address is not registered with their system, so if they come to reply saying this email is not a verified account, it is true.

Why should I show you my identity when I still have some websites on your server? Who knows what you will do next to my web sites as I have exposed some weakness in your services?

I will not talk about the experiences with their WhatsApp Chat Support - I’ll be doing more harm to Genhost.

I have screenshots both on WhatsApp and via their Support Emails to share if Genhost wants proofs or think someone paid me to do this review.

The reason for this review is not to destroy your business but expose your weakness - We have complained but you do not resolve these issues or they keep happening even after you resolve them.

A satisfied client will not pass a bad review except the one who wants to destroy your business. I will come back and edit this review or “delete it” and write a better review if these issues are addressed with satisfaction.

Do not buy any services !!! {{ even if they provide Free Hosting }}} !!! with Genhost they just crashed your business and your previous Client base

I am working with them since 2019 in these 3 years they got 5-6 servers crashed including HDD/Windows/NVMe they do not give any backup of user data 3 times recently NVMe crashed if they can't fix or reboot the server they will just reinstall the os and give you a fresh server all data goes deleted :(
they will excuse: Due to blah blah blah

in this 3 year server, the almost every day his server is down because they don't have the sense to Run their business he just putting users by calling the lowest provider

Only a single man (Sj Vishnu) runs this website/all servers and when he goes out of the Home, the server is down. most of the time it got crashed
If they like the message on WhatsApp, then they will reply to you, otherwise, they will not.
If there are 10 active visitors on the site, anyhow they will suspend your account.

he neither has the skills to do business nor to run the server.

He should job in a Hosting company to learn how the Web hosting company does business.

I Strongly Recommend you do not mean do not purchase any service if you are new to genhost just leave it and move with another
Free hosting is better than his service.

I had been facing lot of issue with my old provider so i had decided to move to genhost with their initial RNVME1 Plan for testing and i had used for around 2 week there was no down/slow issue

their migration team helped us to migrate our cPanel (150+) to their servers in 24 hours of time. Mr.Nagavishnu specially helped us over call for morethan 3 hours that one of our website got compromised and he used various techniques to recover the website and clean the malwares (uploaded on former server) and the truth is there is no extra charges collected from us for cleaning the malwares such a very talented person, friendly with our team

I have been using Genhost for a while now to run my web hosting business. They are very helpful and their support is amazing. I would highly recommend it.

Don't trust this company ever since 2013 then also not. coz its old company then possible they will play with your trust and at last, you cannot do anything.

Read this review carefully, don't see other reviews coz at that time it was good for me too but now it's worst.
I am client here for 1.5 years

8 years by cheating this I know.
1. I have run that script(a malicious script that was mentioned by genhost) on my server.
Some results are her for running that scripts.
2. All scripts are the same just the name is changed.
And any one of that script is not working, all have errors.
3. And all scripts are uploaded at that time only when I received a suspension ticket regarding that account.
The script is not working so how it's malicious even it has bugs, one client doesn't know about PHP just knows his upload template.

I am not telling any story.
You have 8 years experience but I don't run a business like you. I don't play with clients money.
Just looting client.

Don't know working PHP scripts are giving load.

We are proud that at least we are not running the worst business like you.
You have sustained 8 years now not more.

Worst experience with, when we were new we very proud regarding genHost and next year we have to make sure to purchase alpha reseller hosting SSD one.

"One more thing, you cheated us and fraud with us. one of the users claiming that he just uploaded simple template for website after he doesn't make nay changes or upload any thing else "/home/iamthebo/public_html/assets/js/hndsdsd9dsd.php",
then where from hndsdsd9dsd.php these files come.
It's done by you and your team you uploaded that file there so that you can get the reason for suspending our account.
You want to suspend our account for the reason
1. giving free WHMCS license for 1 year
2. reducing server load to add a new user for doing fraud with them too
3. want shortcuts to earn money.

You just fraud with us, that user is 101% sure he doesn't upload that.
Either your cPanel account is hacked or you have done this 100% sure.

Now this case has to go for Cyber Crime for doing fraud.
You have done very wrong you don't respect other earning and privacy."
