They suspended my 250 Cpanels of host25cent. Think about what will happen? they reason is some my accounts CPU abuse. I stayed there 1 year still my account active in dashboard but they suspended all. I say take care resellers they will destroy ur hosting suddenly. Look they answer 250 cpanel is malware??? Funny and say fresh? I dont want to be again this host to be looser.

I have purchased the plan, so far I am not facing any issues with them, servers are running smoothly, just a tip of advice, make sure to enable Cloudflare for your websites.

Terrible company, hosted over 20 websites on their reseller hosting US server and all disappear in one day without meaningful explanation and they could not recover a single file. My business would have been over if I've not had the backup for all the website on another host that I was planning to leave for them.

Have to give it one star. Don't waste your money. Support is laughable. Normally taking around 24 to 48 hours to reply. Don't bother with the live chat. It will just raise a ticket as they are 'busy'
IP is blacklisted so emails go in junk.
Wanted money back but they won't. Poor, poor service. No wonder they only offer 7 days money back guarantee. When you raise a complaint it will just go in there queue so by that time you lose your money

you will loose your money one day without service. they scam cheap host but every time down simple WP website they make suspended and said server abuse. the live support not working fake. if you open ticket not answer long hours. the u upset and loose your money if u ask paypal refund not get because refund policy cant get your money. There is a lot problems. They use trial cpanel license every month make crack and ur site will down.

I was panic before purchase due to the reviews i have seen but any how i have given an try as their pricing are Affordable for me..Genhost has mixed reviews so i have thinked lot before the purchase and finally i have purchased it Last Month Oct 21st and they had migrated over 70+ accounts within 24 hours

Hey All,This is Sr Tech support agent from Ans Inc..i was having genhost Master plan over 3 Years and Their new US plan from past 8 months and i was very much excited to use their service and their tech support are awesome

Let me say onething their support or staff does not ask me to give good review i was randomly checking the pages and got some negative reviews and i got an question why these guys had such negative comments and i have realized that the peoples who dont have proper knowledge about the servers firewall and tech... i can see most of them say their server was down all time..we are giving hosting nearly to 150+ customers if their servers are down how we can successful continue with them for years till now..so this is totally an fake thing or those peoples are giving fake reviews or may be an IP blocked on the firewall

IP block may happen for any cases like failed logins or Too many connections abuses even i have faced that and i have contacted their support to get it unblocked on time and they do offer Unblock plugin which can be done by yourself

I dont know if genhost is watching these pages because im unable to fine any replies they made for negative comments..hope they are busy with their customer sales and support

I would like to share my experience with GenHost since two years I use their services.

After reading some negative comments about GenHost's services, I simply understood one thing:

The level of knowledge of the user has an impact on what he encounters as a problem.

What do I mean? A beginner or a person who does not master the workings of the hosting service certainly he will encounter more problems some times, even where there is none.

I think you have to read always. You have to learn more, ask questions in all humility to know why some things don't work correctly.

Besides, GenHost has a "Knowledgebase" section where there is valuable information that you may need. I even read the "Knowledgebase" sections of others Hosting Service. It's the same Cpanel / WHM

To conclude and give my opinion, GenHost they are among the best I appreciate.

While small technical problems temporary can not miss, but as I stressed above, it depends on the manner so you perceive the problem to qualify it as serious or not.

I really appreciate the following factors at GenHost: The price, the speed of the support, the enriched features on their Cpanel / WHM

I recommend their services and do not blindly take into account the totally negative remarks of some.

Well before Getting services from genhost i have seen Mixed Reviews in various directory about their service and support..anyways i have risked myself to get an service (Alpha Reseller) from them as they do have 7 days Moneyback Period so incase of issue i can raise refund from their Team.Let me share you my Experience with Genhost Servers and Support Team
1. I have made the Purchase on 13/Aug/2019 Alpha A1 plan included whmcs free (I got the whmcs license after 4 hours from purchase as they said the order needs Sr Team approval but i got the Valid license Not Pirated/Nulled that i can verify officially in whmcs.com
2. I have Hosted About 13 cPanels like Wp,Ecommerce and Normal PHP Based the speed is good as they promise
3. How about the Performance ? Yes The server load like to be Good and Normal but sometimes its goes Up like 10 to 12 but its an common thing in shared environment as it may vary anytime and it can be optimized by the system admin
4. How about Support System ? They do offer various support like Livechat,Whatsapp,Call and Ticket Support..I have contacted them Over whatsapp they have an good response time and for minor issues they are fixing it in their whatsapp support system..For Major things we need to open up a ticket and it take upto 45 min to 2 hours to get solved

This is my review after using the service for 6 days and Still now i didnt got any issues
