Honestly, I am highly impress with the speed of response i have been getting from the support team of genhost. if i send support ticket, and i copy genhost whatsapp number, within minutes, they would give feedback, sometimes i wonder if they sleep at all because their support is 24/7 and very timely. I love genhost.in

I just purchased this hosting a few days ago.. An SSD reseller account because i needed speed like i get on DomainRacer.. I was attracted by GenHost cheap pricing..

After only installing one single site.. The server is almost unusable so slow it is.. I wouldn't recommend this to anybody who wants to have a serious online presence.

It is obvivous the seller is OVERLOADING his servers in order to profit.

i can't stand when company put profits before service..

EXTREMELY DISAPOINTED>> GOING TO REQUEST REIMBURSEMENT>> that's how bad it is. Don't waste your precious earned money..

I just opened a ticket with GenHost complaining of the speed.. Genhost Literally Deleted my account as a reponse..

This confirm to me that this company is untrustable.. i am sure the other reviews are fakes made by the ONLY 1 member owner/support/tech team..

Very unprofessional Service.. WHO IN THE WORL DELETE AN ACCOUNT after a speed complaint.. Please read this review and trust a 28 years web professional. this hosting will damage your business and reputation and the owner will not care about you.. he will obviously delete all your accounts if you make a single complaint..

Sir, Name me one professional company that just delete accounts without warning.. That shows total unprofessionalism.. Admit your wrong doing and be a man...Your incapacity at taking critic shows a lot on your professionalism,, in 28 years as a computer expert for the military, i have never seen that level of low service quality.
