Not received my order yet.can only enail.no contact number. I have sent several emails.stil not telling me when I will receive.

OMG. Amazing products.arrived today. Sprayed and then wiped radiator .that i knew would take ages to clean..this stuff took it off instantly. I didnt even let it soak in.
Delivery took a while. I know christmas has just been.
Be so much better if delivery didnt take so long.
Yes .I definitely will be buying more ..

Placed an order over a month ago nothing received. Emailed customer services several time and nothing. Link to track delivery expired so no idea if its been shipped or still waiting. Seems everyone has the same problem with their customer services.

I ordered a few things floor cleaner the room cleaner . Fairy liquid and another to tackle grease grime etc .. I have to say I found them pretty effective they are a new business and I’m all for supporting new business .. few hiccups with delivery to begin with but got resolved with one of the ladies on watts app .. I will be ordering again very good products

I think Ive tried every cleaning product in the range, they are all outstanding but the "clean ya oven" wow! It literally does exactly what it says, sprayed it on left for half an hour and it grease and grime just wiped off! Very happy! Best of all you don't need much of it so a £10 bottle will last me for months and months, highly recommend all the products but the oven cleaner without a doubt is the best on the market ☺️

Placed an order 17 days ago still not received it. I have email customer service team they did reply saying they will get In touch with the team and message me back within 3 days still nothing 😫 come on guys what’s going on ????
I wish I could leave a bad review on the product but I can’t because it’s great!!! This is my second order. so I can only assume it’s the fulfilment team come guys!!

Have been ordering for ages and recently had nothing but issues with my orders (damaged or missing products) delivery taken over 3/4weeks, customer service is non existent have emailed more then twice since the 21st of November and all have been ignored still nothing to now. Grease be gone and scale it down has started affecting my skin and also the wax melts are not lasting for more then 1 burn. As much as I like some of the products I won’t be ordering again quick enough to take peoples money but don’t want to deal with any customer enquiry’s or issues and just void emails but continue promoting to take peoples money, I’ve seen others waiting well over 6 weeks and have gone to trading standards over this.

Had a blip with my delivery which I bought for my Mum…carrier issue not Genie Clean…emailed and was sorted within 48 hrs and replaced without an issue(Thank You).
Products are fab… I tried the glass cleaner out of Mums…THE best ever! So happy I have now ordered for me this time.

Wow beautifully packaged and does the job to. I have never been happier opening up a package.

Amazing company this is the 3rd time of ordering and I received my items on Friday but unfortunately one of them had leaked I contacted them straight away with a quick response I and a couple emails back or fourth this matter was resolved quickly I could have had a credit or a replacement I asked for a replacement and this has been done for me straight away fantastic customer service highly recommend to anyone who would like to try new cleaning products all of their products are amazing

Love these products! Tried their wax melts for the first time and wow they are amazing 🤩 the smell. No going back on these now. Best I’ve used, and I use a lot, I have a whole drawer full of wax melts 🤣 Love the room cleaner another amazing product and the grease be gone. The oven cleaner I didn’t really get on with but I’m impatient and don’t think I left it long enough so I’m going to give it another go. Amazing products though. I had some issues with orders and delivery’s recently and customer service wasn’t great until Claire got involved, she was amazing and showed me that they do care about their customers. So thank you Claire. I will definitely keep ordering.

This is a scam company. Never received my order. After 2 emails company stopped replying to any of my messages. This is a bigus company

Only giving 3 stars not because of the products they are very good, except maybe the wax melts not being very strong but the cleaning products are very good and do what they claim. My issue is with the people who pack the orders and customer services. Too often you won’t receive all of your ordered paid for items then you have to go through customer services who’s responses are unprofessional using inappropriate wording then having to prove your missing items by taking photos of something you don’t have so if and at this point it’s a big IF I order from their website in future I will video the unpacking and recommend others to do the same, it’s safer to order through TikTok as you can contact TikTok if you don’t get anywhere.

Oh my days my house is shining. I cannot even explain what is in these products they are magic and the smell of the carpet freshner is sooooo good I put a teaspoon on my door mat yesterday and hoovered it when my delivery arrived just because I wanted to smell it and this morning I turned the hoover on and my daughter shouted from upstairs mum what are you spraying it smells amazing ….. it was my bloody hoover I’m over the moon don’t waste your money on other products this company is the 1 !!!!!

Genie clean ya oven ,What a waste of money and time,did exactly what the videos state and doesn't work,I left it over night, didn't work,I left it on again for 45 minutes, didn't work absolutely rubbish,best thing to do is use the old Brillo pad with hot water n washing up liquid,alot cheaper,paid for 48 hour delivery and came a week later ,0 star if I could

Amazing products, will definitely order again. I find any cleaning products quite over powering with chemical induced smells, however this product does not have any of that, its like magic!, in fact it makes cleaning enjoyable! No headaches from the chemicals. From order date to dispatch was very prompt and delivery to location was within days.The only teething problem I would say is the P&P to outside UK within the British Isles (I.e Isle of Man) was very expensive for small orders. I found another way to post it to me (thankfully have relatives on the mainland). Tik Tok don't recognise isle of man so I couldn't order through that either which would have been another option.
Apart from that I will still order again and again 😊😊😊😊

I absolutely love all of genie cleans products I find them absolutely amazing and find cleaning effortless spray and leave then wipe works on grease,grim oil . The polish , floor cleaner and room sprays all amazing .
Always delivered on time and never damaged.

The first time I ordered from Genie I ordered a few items on pre order, I didn’t understand that the other items ordered would come at the same time and I had no intention or ordering again due to waiting for the pre order products. However once I tried them I was totally amazed at the outstanding quality and how it made cleaning effortless and easier with amazing long lasting scents allowing me to enjoy cleaning again, now I would never use any other products, out of all my orders I have only had 2 issues with leakages on deliveries and after contacting customer services they responded quickly and were very helpful with sending out a replacement product.

Honestly can’t recommend this stuff enough — it cuts through grease like magic! My cooker and splashback have never looked so clean. Smells fresh too and makes cleaning so much easier. Total game changer!
