I’ve been using GenieAuthentication for over a year now, with around 50 total authentications, not once have I disagreed with the result they’ve given, the turn around is always faster than the stated time on the website, takes about 1 minute to fill out a form for an item and adds endless value when selling, I find I sell items faster and for a higher amount.
10/10 would recommend.

The pinnacle of authentication, a truly fantastic service offered by the team over at Genie.
Following the recent purchase of an inauthentic Prada jacket, I enlisted the services of Genie Authentication to help me with my case. Before getting in touch, eBay and PayPal had both dismissed me and it looked as though I was set to lose nearly £600, until sending pictures through to the Genie team for review.
Within a matter of hours they had verified the item was counterfeit, providing me with a certificate of (in)authenticity which allowed me to raise a dispute with my credit card provider. 2 days later, I’ve had my purchase for the jacket refunded in full, and the money I was owed credited to my account.
I can’t thank the team over at Genie enough, this is the second time they’ve helped me with a counterfeit item and overall they’ve saved me around £850 which, without their help, I would have lost completely.
Their prices are incredibly reasonable, especially when thinking of the money you stand to lose if you are caught out with a replica item.
Overall a 5* service - they are absolute professionals and are a friendly team I will undoubtedly continue to use long into the future.
