I am pleased with the financial education information Michelle provided to me. I have learnt alot from these meetings and appreciate the information I received as this will help me with decisions I need to make in the very near future

A good Service if you have no Financial knowledge.

The Finacial Educator Michelle Davis that I spoke to was very knowledgeable, experienced and gave me some information that I wasn’t familiar with even though I am not going to proceed with the plan I would recommend this service to people who haven’t got any financial experience/education.

Michelle Davis - professional and great service/product provided.

Michelle Davis, Genistar provided me with informative financial education such as additional Life Insurance, Serious Illness Protection Cover with Vitality and Wills. She provided statistical data, comparisons, benefits, disadvantages and there was no pressure. Based on the information she provided I've made the appropriate decisions for the products I chose tailored to my circumstances which means security. She was informative, thorough, listened, patient in explaining specifics if you are unclear and gave the links for the various information and resourceful. I felt comfortable in sharing my information with her as I know she's trustworthy and has a professional approach I would highly recommend Michelle to others. Thank you.

Trust was established earlier on

Trust was established earlier on because the trainer was genuinely interested in sharing their knowledge and experience, had a really good understanding of FE and was also very patient when asked to explain key aspects of the FE.

I had a meeting scheduled

I had a meeting scheduled for 5pm today. I got sent a video this morning to watch prior to the meeting. But I was at work all day. The guy called me at 4.38 asking if I watched the video. I said not yet and he said I should watch before the meeting as it's 10 minutes long. He called again at 4.55 and I told him I am watching it to give me 5 minutes. He went on about how we should reschedule the meeting and asked again how long do I need. Again I said 5 minutes. He went pressurising me and being very rude. At the point I just hung up. And he sent a message saying the fact that I hung up says everything he needs to know. To me the fact that he putting pressure on me, being rude and hiding informations from me since last week says everything about him and the company. I was suspecting a scam or a pyramid scheme. Reading some comments shows I was right. I was thinking I was being interviewed for a part time job 😂😂😂😂😂 what a great escape
