I was truly disappointed and utterly…

I was truly disappointed and utterly ashamed by my experience with Genistar. I won’t reveal the name of the individual assistant, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. I kindly instructed the assistant not to contact my people until I had a chance to explain the scheme to them. The assistant assured me they would respect this request.

The presentation itself was unnecessarily long-winded, requiring two separate Zoom calls totaling 90 minutes. At the end, when I was asked to refer my 10 contacts, I declined. At that point, the assistant’s demeanor noticeably changed—they became annoyed and even told me I could leave the call. Despite this, I still provided two contacts, with clear instructions not to contact them until I had spoken to them first.

Shockingly, within a few days, the assistant contacted my people without my consent, completely disregarding my instructions. As a result, I told my contacts not to sign up for the scheme. This behavior was unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for both me and my contacts. I cannot recommend Genistar based on this experience.
