Geo Green Power Avis

Great company to deal with. All staff are very knowledgeable/friendly and professional.

Very friendly and knowledgeable heat pump service from Arthur. As well as carrying out the service, Arthur explained how our system wasn’t setup correctly and then put this right. Our system is now running more efficiently. I would certainly recommend Geogreen power.

Full marks for Geo Green Power. Excellent speedy response to our call following central heating breakdown in a cold spell. Engineer Arthur did a great job replacing a pump, re-setting and balancing the system, and he stayed long enough to confirm his efforts were working well. His explanation of the work done and the system's workings inspired confidence and was much appreciated. A great job all round.

Perfect fault cleared within an hour now our LG ASHP is working fine👍

Just had my solar system serviced and 3No Optimisers replaced after failing after 10years use. Sam and John were excellent knew the systems well and what to look out for. They were both very knowledgeable and were always eager to answer any of my queries and if they did not they found out the answer. I live in Worcestershire and struggled to find anyone that could or would service my equipment. These guys are very professional and I will continue to use them. Thank you

George was excellent - and so were the whole team. A true professional, extremely knowledgeable, very keen to help and did a great job. Thank you!

Fantastic Professional service, Arthur is the only engineer ive had who actually has the experience and technical knowledge to succesfully service and maintain my ECODAN Heatpump. Ive had this ASHP 2 years and its the only time i feel confident it is now performing correctly. The original installer had made some very basic errors, the Manufacturer has been out to service my ASHP system and they didnt spot, rectify or advise on them either.
Arthur serviced the whole installation inc my UFH. Arthur took time to explain fully the changes he made and the ridiculous settings id been wasting energy with since this was installed, He also fitted Anti freeze valves and fill and flush valves.

If i could give 10 stars i would.

Excellent service from Geo Green Power. Everyone was very helpful and Harvey's service, explanation and report was first class. Our previous service people have discontinued with an annual service but Geo Green Power are an excellent replacement. Look forward to your visit next year

So far the new systems are working very well. I had good information before the installation of my solar panels, battery and air source heat pump and any questions were answered. There were slight communication problems involving the installation of anti pigeon netting but all was was quickly resolved.
The engineers were on time, polite, tidy, worked hard and were very accommodating. Overall the personal service was excellent and so far I feel that I have good value for the substantial outlay.

Very nice staff and enginners.
Good and helpful.

This is the second service that we have had for our PV panels with this company. Although we have had the panels for some time we hadn't really thought about having the system serviced until we had a problem. The engineer who came and helped us was brilliant and it made us realise we should have a check and service every year. The process has been very positive for us as we are now having the panels cleaned as well - something we hadn't been doing up to now. The office staff are also a delight to deal with. Thank you.

It was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The helpdesk coordination and assignment of an engineer for the GSHP repair reflected a professional company. The GSHP repair engineer was technically sound, and even our heat pump was something he had never worked on before, but he was switched on and resolved the issue swiftly. I will transfer my service maintenance contract to Geo Green Power.

We just had our solar panels annual service. Harvey was extremely thorough and polite. He took the time to explain my queries. Geogreen Services installed the panels almost 14 years ago and follow up service has been exemplary. There should be a 4.5!

A professional outfit whose engineer provides careful service and advice.

We have now had solar panels and an air source heat pump installed by GeGreen Power. Both jobs have gone extremely smoothly and the engineers have been highly professional. It has been a pleasure to work with them

Without a shadow of doubt, GeoGreen provide the very highest level of expertise & professionalism. Their expert engineers are truly professional & go that extra mile. The ASHP installation at my home was complex, but every last detail was thoroughly thought out & designed to meet mine & my wife's needs. Sadly, this level of expert service & care is a rarity today! So I'm not just a satisfied customer, I'm a "raving fan"! Congratulations to all at Team GeoGreen.

Geo Green were helpful, prompt - and found no difficulties in areas which stumped competitors.
We were almost ready to give a contract to a different company, until we asked one last awkward question, in their office, on the day I expected to award the contract - "what will you do to accommodate the fact we operate on a 3phase electricity supply?" After a week of silence, I went back to the market. Geo green met our requirements better - at a lower total cost.

Geo Green Power did a great job of installing our solar panels and battery on our house. They really know what they are doing and from start to finish they were professional, hard working, and delivered exactly what was promised to the highest standards. They are highly recommended and I would not hesitate to use them again.

The engineers who installed our new ASHP were excellent -friendly, caring and perfectionists. Nothing was allowed to stop them fitting the perfect system despite lots of problems along the way.

Excellent, from booking the service to the quality of work carried out by the engineer. I had previously used Mitsubishi to service my ASHPs but their communication, response and subcontractor left a lot to be desired. I am very pleased to have moved to Geo Green Power they are efficient, competent and professional.
