Geo Green Power Avis

This is the second time Geo Green Power has checked and cleaned our solar panels (one array on the house, one on a barn). On both occasions everyone we dealt with has been first class. Everyone has been efficient and worked very hard but have also been cheerful, courteous and friendly - and I mean everyone.

I was tempted to knock off one star because they're a bit expensive, but so happy with the work done they still get five. My 20yo GSHP had been struggling for the last couple of years, and previous attempts to repair by two other specialists really didn't solve the problem. But Geo Green identified the root cause and sorted it properly. Excellent service.

Great service, explained everything he'd done and gave good advice. Thank you.

Arthur phoned forward to let me know his arrival time. He then diligently tested our ASHP and its associated equipment. I had some questions which he answered with absolute clarity. He clearly understands the system and how it works. His work was neat and tidy.
I also appreciated his smiling demeanour and cheerfulness. I felt like he enjoyed his job. Huge thank you. We will book in for next year.

I recently had issues with my heat pump. Geogreen sent out a gentleman called AJ to come and look at it, assess the damage and provide a report back.
AJ is without doubt the nicest and most helpful technician I have ever met. He spent almost 4 hours at my home and explained exactly what he considered to be the problem. AJ was professional and extremely knowledgeable at all times.
He is truly an asset to your company and once my issues are sorted out, he is welcome to do the servicing of our heat pump as I fully trust his advice. Thank you. Claudine Smith.

The engineer was very pleasant talked through everything and explained things as he did the service. He was thorough with the job and found out why we were not getting the heating on very quickly and continued to check things out. He did not rush things and waited to check if all was working correctly before leaving

First time using this company to service my Air Source Heat Pump.
From initial & continuous communication with Marie who was professional, prompt at replying and very helpful to the engineer himself Anand who arrived on time, was polite worked tidily and explained everything to me so that I was happy with the work that had been carried out and made suggestions that could save me a little heat loss or money ie lagging pipes etc.
I would highly recommend this company and dealing with these two particular members of staff, a credit to themselves & their company

Engineer was very polite, happy to explain things to me and configured the system to suit me which the installers didn't. Nice detailed report at end of it.

He set out at 5am to get to me early, I'm in Wales.

Would recommend, I have a grant air pump system and water tank

Support and Response was very good from the whole Team

Seamlessly simple throughout. Sales was respectful and considerate, the guys who carried out the installation where friendly, efficient, and always kept me informed. Good communications all the way through the process

Great company to work with, felt like a valued customer from start to finish. There were some issues with timings, and post implementation, but everything sorted swiftly and efficiently.

We'd just like to pass on our compliments and thanks in a more official way to Anand and Arthur and the whole team behind them for the installation of our air source heat pump, which was completed last week.

Nowadays, the level of professionalism, knowledge, courtesy and time-keeping displayed are a rarity in the world. Thank you!

We had an Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) fitted in 2020 in a property we rent out, next door to ours. We were so impressed with the quality of advice and installation at the time, that when it came to upgrading our own house from oil to an ASHP system, we called on them again. Our house, being 180 years old in places, was a little awkward to fit out, but Geo Green were more than up to the challenge, and we now have a system installed. Once more, the quality of advice was brilliant, giving us the confidence the ASHP would satisfy our needs for hot water and heating. They managed to fit new pipe work with minimal disruption to the house, and each day they tidied away. The only reason you knew they were there was the lifted carpet to access floorboards (which were fitted back at the end of each day so we could walk over them). The final day saw the house left practically as it was found, they even refitted the carpet, bricked up old boiler flue holes with like-for-like bricks, and hoovered everything. Honestly, I can't recommend them enough, and if you're lucky enough to have Anand or Arthur working on the system install, then you're in safe hands indeed.

Really good service from start to finish. Initial on site visit helped us choose the right system for us, and there was no sales pressure after sending the quote. Surveyors worked with us to get the system located in the best place for us, and the job was fully planned so that the installation team had no further questions on arrival. The installation team were very professional and also accommodating of other works we were having done at the time.
Documentation was sent promptly and I am confident that any possible service needs will be dealt with efficiently.
The system has been performing effectively since installation and we’ve been enjoying self sufficiency.
Thank you Geo Green Power

Installation went smoothly and as scheduled. On commissioning, the electrician made sure he'd explained everything to me and I had the correct version of the app installed. The original survey went over my options and explained the benefits and best options fully.

They have serviced and repaired my ASHP system for a number of years. They are always very helpful and the engineers are knowledgeable and efficient, do jobs well and leave no mess. Usually they send Anand who is excellent. All in all a first class job.

Very efficient. Installation team brilliant. Aftersales outstanding

installers five star,
office staff four, not great at keeping you informed.
would have like to give 4,1/2 but could not.
