Cannot fault our experience with these guys. Really knowledgeable, helpful, and proactive. They fitted our delivery in pre xmas with tight timescales. Delivery drivers kept us up to date, were in and out quickly and polite with no mess left behind. Our selected balls were out of stock so we were upgraded to a higher quality product for free without us needing to ask. Great experience all round.

Excellent service from start to finish. Im sure you can do it all on line but I like to looking the eyes of someone I'm about to give nearly £1700 to. The place looks quite industrial when you arrive but dont let that put you off. I was met by a lovely lady who showed us what was what. Agreed a price, Agreed a delivery date and sure enough, the table arrived bang on time and was installed by two absolute craftsmen. Table looks just as good as i hoped. Love it.

We are very pleased with our pool table. The whole experience from choosing what we wanted, paying for it, organising delivery and the delivery itself was great. The table was put together with ease and there was no mess or rubbish left. And the explanation of how to look after it was thorough....all my many questions were answered! Great experience dealing with this company my original supplier went bump but they honoured my order and even gave me cheaper. Kept me updated all through and didn’t take payment until Pool table was delivered. Great customer service all round.

Fantastic service, so pleased with delivery and installation. First supplier went insolvent, however Geordie Pool picked up the order and delivered within 3 weeks. Family are so happy already and many family pool nights planned already. Louise was excellent throughout and the 2 guys delivered and installed on a chilly day.

Purchased a CryWolf 6ft pool table from Geordie Pool. Competitive price and great communication from Louise. Delivery was on time and very straightforward. The table was levelled and installed in about 30 minutes, along with some verbal aftercare advice. Overall very happy with the table and service received.

Placed an on line order with Geordie Pool. Prices were very competitive and so many options to choose from. I spoke to the customer service team who were very helpful. Order took approximately 6weeks to deliver. The driver Roy was very professional, stayed in contact on the day of delivery and also installed to make sure table was level and well positioned. Roy explained all the aftercare needed to maintain my new pool table

Overcharged for delivery and installation, paid extra for 2 extra cues sent 2 low standard cues and never received table brush.

Asked for information of an outdoor pool table so footings could be installed before arrival and after being told i was interrupting his fish and chips supper the information I requested was never sent.
Ordered online a second leather outdoor cover for my 7ft table and still waiting after a week.
Terrible customer service. Will never use again

Wanted a couple of cues for Christmas gifts. Got great advice and quality cues at sensible prices. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

I purchased a pink graphite pool cue which was a birthday gift. I ordered the item on the 17th of July. After waiting about 2 weeks (30th July) I decided to send an email asking for an update on the delivery and never received a response. So again I waited a few more days (3rd August) and decided to call for an update. The landline number advertised on their website was not answered, so I called the mobile advertised and reached someone. The guy I spoke with said he would have a quick look and told me they had 1 in stock (despite already ordering and paying for the '1 in stock' two weeks prior) and would send it next day delivery. The item was then delayed a couple of days and eventually picked up on Friday 7th August (3 weeks after ordering it). The cue feels like a cheap piece of wood cut and wrapped/coloured incorrectly as the material they have used to wrap it is peeling away. The base of the cue does not have a rubber stop, instead it has another screw hole which does not make sense. The bottom part of the cue is also tiny in comparison to the upper half. Very disappointed in this purchase and feel I have been ripped off / scammed.

EDIT: I do have to credit them for issuing a refund and not making a meal of the process.
