Great idea but bad service and expired products
We ordered at Germanfoods several times. It is a great concept, but very sad that they jeopardized it with lousy service and very questionable activities such as removing "sell-buy" stickers from the bread, sending different items that you ordered, the bread was full of mold (no, this does not happen during the two days of shipping) and so on. Pricing continuously increases as well as shipping costs. No support, and it takes forever until they ship (two weeks). Again, this is very sad as this could be good business and great service

Finger weg von dem Laden
Finger weg von dem Laden. Seit der Bestellbestätigung vor 9 Tagen nichts mehr von Germanfoods gehört. Laut Bestellbestätigung sollte nach 5 Tagen die Ware bei mir sein. Leider immer noch nicht da und Germanfoods reagierte nicht auf meine Anfrage nach meiner Sendung. Habe nun noch eine Mail gesendet das Germanfoods sich bei mir melden soll. Erfolgt in den nächsten 5 Tagen keine Rückmeldung seitens Germanfoods werde ich Anzeige wegen Betruges erstatten.

Removal of "sell by" dates!
I ordered various items of "Harry" bread from this company. On all the packets the "Best before" date clip had been removed, and replaced by a blank clip. There was no way of knowing if the bread was fresh or not, or even still fit for human consumption. I contacted the owners - SiNOh Gmbh, Erfurt - but they offered no explanation. I then contacted the manufacturers - Harry Brot, Hamburg - who said they would inform the authorities.

Difficile da valutare
Ho ordinato un bel po' di cose da questo sito, il 30 di novembre e ad oggi, dopo due settimane continuano a mandarmi mail in tedesco ma nessuna notizia del mio ordine. Per fortuna ho pagato con paypal e adesso sto aspettando che mi vengano restituiti i miei soldi. Il mio ordine sul loro sito è cristallizzato lì, immobile: stato - pagato

AGGIORNAMENTO
Sito "confusionario". Dopo tempi biblici di attesa e con un servizio clienti inesistente, l'ordine è arrivato ed era tutto a posto. Non so che dire, se consigliarlo o meno. Alla fine i prezzi rispetto agli altri siti sono buoni, e i prodotti arrivano ben imballati, però non contate sul servizio clienti se ci sono dei problemi, e non spaventatevi se dovete aspettare settimane prima di ricevere una mail di conferma spedizione.
