GermanShop24 is a family owned business and was founded in 2007 by Stefan Kuehnert - originally as a hobby. We started selling over the internet in September 2007 after setting up the very first version of our online shop. The assortment back then was just about 250 products, but still we got in the first order just 2 days after the initial launch. During the following months, orders slightly increased to 5-6 orders per week and there was not much progress in 2008. In 2009 Katrin Kuehnert joined the team and we started to expand our assortment. At the end of 2009 we offered about 2000 different items - all available to be ordered. Orders also went up in 2009 to about 30 per week. In the years between 2010 and 2015 we nearly doubled our revenue each year and we now have a yearly sales volume of about $1.5 Million making us one of the leading online shops for German food world wide, even though we are specialized in shipping to the US. In 2015 we expended our business and now serving wholesalers in different countries including the US and China. We offer air and sea freight service for wholesalers and take care about fulfilling all legal requirements for the destination countries.

I have purchased from the Germanshop before and have always been very happy, and I just received my package today. Everything I ordered came carefully wrapped and fresh. The time from ordering to receiving was very fast. I also love their selections of German product. Their prices are also very reasonable. I certainly will order again from them. Vielen Dank!

A taste of Germany delivered to my door. My Stollen arrived fresh and delicious. Only negative thing I can say is DHL shipping was a total disaster. My package sat around here in Indianapolis for over a week due to a worker strike. My package arrived too late for my wife to deliver the chocolate "Katzenzungen" I want to give them for Christmas (she left for Texas 10 hours before the package finally arrived) This wasn't the German shops fault, but I will not order from anyone using DHL. DHL totally dropped the ball, and they were evasive when I called. The German shop however, promised to make things right. They were victims of DHL as well.

Germanshop24 is the real deal!
Germanshop24 is the real deal if you’re looking for authentic German products. Great selection (I usually order chocolates) and the prices are reasonable. Shipping is FAST and also inexpensive. Finally, customer service is very responsive; Stefan responded to an email I sent within 30 minutes.

I placed the order on the German…
I placed the order on the German website on a Thursday and it arrived at my home in Florida on Monday, around lunch time. All the items were packed securely, so nothing could move around, and items were protected by additional bubble wrap tape. To our surprise they even added some easter chocolate gift.

Reliable and efficient
I have been ordering from Germanshop24 for a few years now and it has been a great experience each time. The website is extremely user-friendly and the orders are put together and dispatched promptly. The one time a product arrived damaged, they responded to my notification and refunded me the money immediately. I would highly recommend this company.

Very prompt service. Excellent communication. Would definitely recommend to others and shop here again. Made sure that correct shipping address was used, even when shipping carrier pulled up an old alternate address, so there were no delays or confusion in shipping. Great company to do business with.

Wow,this is outstanding. I ordered for the 1st time at Germanshop24 and i am so happy i did. I had ordered on a Saturday night and on Wednesday it already arrived here in the US perfectly packed. Nothing was broken and you can't beat that shipping price coming from Germany to the US!!!

Products with salmonella
German store 24 sold me products infested with salmonella. Even after a big recall this store kept selling Kinder Schoko Bons.
I tried to reach out to their customer service several times without a response

I reached out indeed several times via phone call and left voice messages.
Anyways, GermanShop24 refunded the money for the chocolate.
A little note on the side. You may want to learn how to respond in a less condescending manner.

This is the first time you tried to reach out to us. When you placed your order, the Ferrero recall just started and we immediately stopped selling these. Also, we refunded every customer after they reached out to us. Also, it is very unlikely that these products are in deed infested with salmonella and the recall was just a safety precaution from Ferrero.

Ich habe schon viele Bestellungen bei German Shop24 gemacht. Jedesmal ist alles perfekt angekommen und auf alle Fälle auch sehr, sehr pünktlich. Nur dieses Mal wurde mein Paket im Zoll festgehalten für einige Tage. Deswegen waren zwei Päckchen Brot verschimmelt. Ich habe mich sofort an German Shop24 Customer Service gewidmet und in weniger als 24 Stunden war das Problem gelöst. Der Customer Service ist einfach toll. Auf diese Firma kann man sich 100% verlassen!
Ich kann kaum warten bis zur nächsten Bestellung.
So toll eine Firma zu haben die mir von meinem Heimatland ein paar gute Lebensmittel in die USA schickt. Ein super Team!!! Tausend Dank!
