Get The Gloss Avis 

I was so looking forward to my pamper day at Get the Gloss Nail salon Hamilton. My daughter and myself booked to get acrylic Nas and foot spa treatment. This was to prepare for my daughters wedding 2 days later. Initially we both felt comfortable and although we didn't get to sit together for our nail treatments we were happy with our nails however I did find the process a little rushed. After our nails we had our foot spa pedicure. I was totally left disappointed with this treatment. My nails were quickly filed, with no colour or nourishment applied. The leg massage was a quick rub up and down and a wash off of some cream they applied. What a let down this was considering the cost. We left deflated. I paid for the treatments as a treat for my daughter and for £180 I expected more. Forward to 2 weeks later, one of my nails fell off so we booked to get a take off. The appointment was rushed and we felt an inconvenience to them. The drilled my nails and a quick soak in some acetone. No attention was spent ensuring my own nails were left in good condition. My nails were flimsy, left uneven and they looked awful. Once again no cuticle oil or any form of nourishment was applied. The following day my nails were cracking, breaking, splitting and very sore. I had to keep cutting what was left of them down to try stop cracks catching. My nails beds were all red and they hadn't even filed them right. What was left of my nails was left uneven, cuticles were bad and as previously said nails were cracking and splitting. I emailed the owner to give him feedback and to explain my concerns. It took days before I got a reply where he said he couldn't find booking. We then got that sorted out but he didn't reply to 3 of my emas thereafter. On 4th attempt I got a reply from a female, a very abrupt rude reply stating they would not be giving me a refund and that would be final.
I'm considering taking legal advice as they have caused me damage to my nails. Please don't be fooled by the fancy salon and advertising, they are definitely not trained well in their profession. I would not recommend unless you want poor service.

Beware of the owner of this Company Mario Zatkovsky. If you have a bad experience like I did yesterday and post a review, he will reply with lies like its a big joke. It wasn't a joke to me. It was hurtful. His employees do a great job despite, not because of him.
