I ordered Mounjaro from this company, and when my package arrived, the box was completely empty.

I immediately took timestamped photos upon opening the delivery, clearly showing the condition of the package and that there was no medication inside. I contacted customer service straight away and provided full details and proof.

Instead of resolving the issue, I was asked unnecessary questions and to provide more information that was already clear in my original message and photos. After that, communication stopped completely. I am now being ignored by customer service.

This is extremely concerning, especially given this is a medical product. The lack of accountability, poor customer service, and failure to resolve a serious issue like this is unacceptable.

I am still waiting for a replacement or a refund.

I would strongly advise others to think carefully before ordering from this company.

Ordered 10 days ago and compared to other suppliers, they are the slowest and lack communication unless its marketing.

Firstly id understand if theres a backlog or problem but communication would be nice, I get tons of marketing and even the cheek to supply an update on how the journey is going, yet not even began, but zero communication on their delays.

When I do chase, I get standard responses saying its being handled, no apology etc.
Ive canceled the renewal as id rather pay a extra little.
Good luck trying to call, after a min or so, you go to voicemail.

Id recommend its ok to order if your not in a rush before your next prescription, otherwise avoid the hassle and go elsewhere.

I have used glp1’s for a year via several suppliers and getadrip has been the worst experience by far.

The approval process was ok but not the quickest, however I have had nothing but problems with them with delivery. I ordered it 11 days ago, was approved the next day and still hasn’t been dispatched. Getting a response from them via their email/phone has been challenging and nothing has been resolved. They refused to deliver to my work address and have had to take a day off work to accept delivery but they haven’t been in touch with me since Thursday and it doesn’t look like it’s even been dispatched.

Horrible customer service and won’t be using them again, I have had fast and easy deliveries with other providers (next day after approval usually).
