Ordered some injections 2 weeks ago and still not received them after speaking to 4 different people in the past 2 weeks which all said I would receive my injections in 1 to 3 days which never happened, phoned yesterday for a full refund so hopefully I atleast get my money back in 5 to 10 working days, will never order again

Another great experience with the services had. Staff were exceptional but more so Irina who everyone knows I always asked of.
She just knows with services to recommend on every visit. I am well pleased.

My Mounjaro delivery was delayed in a depot for 5 days, and when I contacted the company to request either a replacement or refund, my concerns were completely dismissed.

I was then told I “don’t have an account” with them — despite having ordered from them multiple times. This is both inaccurate and frankly concerning.

Communication has been extremely poor, with my complaint largely ignored. For a company supplying medication, this lack of accountability and customer care is unacceptable.

I would strongly advise others to consider whether they feel comfortable relying on a service that fails to respond appropriately when something goes wrong.

I’ve had a very positive experience so far. The programme is easy to manage and the medication works as described. My cravings have reduced, and I’m feeling much more in control of my eating habits. The delivery and communication have also been reliable.

Do not use this company! They will willingly take your money for vital medication and say they have attempted delivery when they have not, and then refuse to redeliver or refund the money. This company is delivering sub standard service compared to many others on the market - do not use them. I would spend your money with more reputable suppliers.

Very efficient and professional. I needed to provide a blood sample for a thyroid gland function test and this was very easy to organise and do via GetADrip. Also, less painful than what venous blood draw felt like some years ago (it may have been because of the experience of the nurse) - so, that was a bonus.

Nowhere on the website does it mention you need a fit test, considering your location is in Westfield where you have to also pay £9 for parking, ridiculous you don't make this clear. Far better private clinics to use which have common sense to put a requirements section

There is no information on needing a fit test on their website when going for a Iron infusion. There is barely any information of the requirements, total waste of time and wasted money on parking.

The team explained everything clearly and were always quick to respond. It's easy to follow and feels well organised.
