Just as good as a night guard from the dentist!

I was quite skeptical of the Cheeky impression kit and night guard. My stepdad is a dentist and he was even more skeptical! He did help me get the impression set correctly, but it would not have been difficult at all if I had done it myself. The main thing is to be sure it is pressed onto your teeth evenly and straight. I only did the upper because, well you don't really need a lower to stop your teeth from grinding. When the guard arrived in the mail, I was extremely pleased! It's very high quality and thin but durable. My stepdad was pretty impressed also! It's been a year now, and this has helped so much with my clenching and grinding my teeth while sleeping. My first replacement is coming soon, but my original is actually still in great shape! I do brush it every evening to keep it clean.

Be wary about this company

Be wary about this company. No human contact, only AI. Had problems with my order in the beginning because of incorrect address but it still took over 3 weeks to get the impression kit then I was sent 3. Trying to get a hold of customer support with a real person is impossible and I was frustrated. When my night guard came it was very flimsy and did not fit. I sent it back to the company. First they said it arrived but a review was needed before a refund was issued. After several weeks they claimed the item was not delivered and my refund time had expired. I lost $165.00!
Don’t trust this company. When a customer representative is not available it frequently means they are unable to provide good service. Also the product is of poor quality.

I ordered the top and bottom guards and…

295161 is the order number idk how to reply on here. I have been trying to get help but your stupid AI email is giving me the run around for weeks.

I ordered the top and bottom guards and almost a month later still havent recieved anything. Then I contacted and they were like oh we need to have you make new ones so I made new ones sent it back. Its a month later and I never heard anything again so I reached out and they were like never got it ans I was like well I shipped it and now its been 2 months of this and I just need a refund. And they are withholding giving me a refund for no reason. If I never get the product I am not paying for it. I want a refund now.

Hi, our records indicate that we sent you a new impression kit at the end of Novemeber free of charge as we were not able to use the original set of impressions you took. We have not yet received back the new kit and the return label shows as pre transit status. We have reached out to USPS and they claim the item was never shipped or you may have been dropped off the package with another carrier accidentally. We are willing to have a third replacement sent out free of charge to remedy the matter.

FOUR MONTH ORDEAL AND COUNTING - NO PHONE SUPPORT

FOUR MONTH ORDEAL AND STILL NOT OVER! NO WAY TO REACH THEM BY PHONE AND THEY SAY THEY WILL PASS YOUR NUMBER TO A MANAGER WHO WILL CALL WHEN THEY CAN BUT IN MY EXPERIENCE THEY NEVER DO. After telling me my lower impressions were not good enough I had to send in multiple more. When one finally worked they sent me only the lower guard even though I never received the upper guard. Multiple emails to and from a representative who did nothing but get confused, repeatedly, about my case. Do not recommend at all! Follow up: They asked for my order number after my review but didn't say where to send it. I've only ever received replies from one person so it seems pointless to start another round of emails with him.

DO NOT USE CHEEKY

The impression kit arrived, but no return label. Although postage was paid and the pack returned - no mouthguard and a month on, still no product. Crap AI response to everything and no ownership, a case for full refund has been made through paypal - DO NO USE THIS COMPANY!

When I received my kit

When I received my kit, I followed the instructions precisely but the putty did not fully set up in the time specified. I left the impression material in my mouth for over 5 minutes before removing the tray. The putty was still a bit soft. I was afraid the impetus distort during the return. The night guard I received is more like a retainer that completely covers my teeth and gums which I was not expecting. I have had both soft and hard night guards and they have never been like this. I hate that it covers my teeth completely and fits exactly like a retainer. This tray is extremely tight upon insertion and leaves my teeth sore by morning. Again, I have never had a night guard create issues or fit like this one. I am definitely disappointed.

Love the customer service at Cheeky

Love the customer service at Cheeky. I always get prompt , professional replies when dealing with this company. Also love the product ! Quality mouth guard for a fraction of the costs I would incur with my Dentist. Love getting my fresh mouth guard in the mail with my subscription.

Great product & customer service

I used Cheeky mouth guards in the past & they were great. It’s been a few years so I contacted customer support to see if I should get a new impression. Their online chat was busy & I knew closed soon, so I wasn’t expecting a reply and closed the chat. I was surprised (and happy) to see a reply in my inbox the next morning. The response time was fast and unexpected. I thought I’d have to try chat again. I appreciate the dedication to customers and also the mouth guards themselves. They are extremely durable and MUCH cheaper than getting one from the dentist.

My subscription order was supposed to be delivered by Dec 17th 2025 and nothing was shipped. Contacted the company via email - they will pass it on
No phone number to contact and still no update after contacting the company. Now I need a mouthguard as my jaw is sore from grinding.
