The same as other customers, ordered of December 2025, never received item. When I went on the link in the email confirmation the link takes me to a broken link. Looks like I've been scammed. Am gutted. We should be able to escalate this.

Scam, like many others I ordered 1st dec and not received. Keep being told it’s on its way despite no tracking updates and request for refund has been ignored multiple times

Don’t waste your time or your money.

Definitely a scam. Order like everyone else, got a confirmation email. Followed by fake tracking info.

Scammers. Don’t lose your money like I did. Scammers are losers right up there with slugs in my garden. Fake shipping. Zero response to numerous emails. I ordered July 7 and it’s December 18. Nothing ever delivered.

Wouldn’t waste your time with this website. Ordered in October as a Christmas present, told it was shipped, sent a fake tracking number and 2 months later, despite emailing multiple times, no response, no refund and no products.

Have not received my item no response. Total scammers.

Thieves! Placed an order over 2 months ago and nothing has arrived. Emailed once and they said it was on the way. Emailed a second time and no response. Avoid at all costs!!

Would give zero if it was an option. My order never arrived ordered in October and have contacted numerous times with no reply. AVOID!

Scam. Ordered on 8th November, still not delivered. Have emailed twice, no reply. Site no longer exists.

Complete scam. Placed an order 4th October and still haven’t received it. Contacted them several times with no response. Do not buy from them as it’s money down the drain.

This is a scam, luckily only paid £10 for x1. Everything seems OK to begin with, you’ll receive confirmation email and tracking number etc.

Tracking DOES NOT EXIST. Website does not work. Email address for the address bounces.

Order never arrived. When I asked for further information I got a random tracking number but no courier information so can’t actually track. No response from any follow up emails

Do not order from this website!! I made the silly mistake and ordered 3 items, never ever arrived, sent multiple emails/chats etc. never got a response. Had to claim the money back with my bank!

Complete scam! Ordered and delivery said 5-7 days with Royal Mail. Received delivery tracking reference but it didn’t work. Contacted them, they responded once to say my order was on its way but they didn’t know when it would be delivered. No further contact from them despite contacting them several more times. Ordered 2 months ago and it’s never arrived. Luckily I paid by credit card so have raised a charge back with them to get a refund.

Big scam still waiting for mine a year later can’t get in touch with them either

I’d like to give 0 stars!! Absolute scam company. Don’t know how these people sleep at night. Taking peoples hard earned money knowing they have no intention of posting items out. SCUM
