Complete waste of time and money. They claimed these dollar leads required follow up to make deals happen. I had NUMEROUS "leads" that were sold months ago with a realtor, had the wrong phone numbers or stated that they did not talk to anyone about selling their homes. So these leads are not current and are not "warm". Also a lot of the leads stated that they were contacted about insurance not their homes. I contacted Rick Ginn about replacements for leads that were terrible and he would ONLY replace the leads that were sold by a realtor. He said the ones that stated that they were not contacted just lost motivation and that happens? Look elsewhere for leads or take the time to generate your own. Do not buy dollarleads just because they are $1.

The owner said these leads are 3–4 weeks old. They previously ran a fake giveaway to boost subscriptions. I know because I “won” but never received anything. They even asked for my info, then claimed the prize was “given to someone else,” which makes no sense. Pretty sketchy. I’m surprised Zach is involved. Maybe the “free lead” pretending to be the seller was part of their tactic to make the leads look better and there is no contract to give away because it’s a fake seller to promote their subscription. Either way, these sketchy moves should be a sign to stay away from these unethical people Zach gin and Max (the owners)
