I bought a car from them, and had to wait 3 months to get the papers, than I gave them my BMW 4 convertible to sell, when they sold it after 6 months and delivered the car to the new client I had to wait 3 weeks to get 50% of my money and another 2 weeks to get the balance.
But the Ptronic was not included, which gives another 80 hp to the car
Jose promised to send it back but never did.
I still hold the papers and need 725 euros or the Ptronic back
Than I got very rude calls

He leido unas cuantas resenas/quejas para este supuesto concesionario, pero ahora lo he averiguado personalmente.
He llamado 4-5 veces a 3 numeros de telefono diferentes (lo que sale en la web, lo que sale en autoscout24, lo que sale en coches.net) y nada. No he podido hablar con nadie, asi que he escrito un mensaje directamente desde sus anuncio y por fin me ha contatado por whatsapp un supuesto comercial, preguntandome si tenia alguna duda, le conteste' en el instante y nada, llame' y nada. Pues no se si son estafadores como algunos escriben o solo son malos, pero seguramente puedo decir que ya no tengo dudas, mi dinero lo gastare' en otro sitio.

We bought a Mercedes SL63 AMG in April 2025 for 150,000 Euros from this dealer in Spain. We were scammed by Ryan Mille and the sales guy Jose Manuel Cayela who can only be described as a pathological liar and never to be trusted. We purchased the car on green provisional plates with an invoice showing all fees including VAT and registration paid by the dealer. Jose Manuel Cayela assured us that we would have the full Spanish plates before the end of the 2 months temporary period. We believed him which was a big mistake. For 2 months we were continually told day after day that the plates are coming and everything is ok. We had to chase every time as he never replied to our messages and we have all the Whatsapp messages to prove this. After the 2 months expired at the end of June 2025 we were left with an unregistered car (same as the case and review written by the G Wagon owner here). We eventually met with Ryan Mille who refused to help us and was extremely unpleasant, unprofessional and rude. My partner also tried to negotiate with him. He did eventually lend us one of his rentai cars for 2 weeks and it turned out this had damaged tyres and engine problems and it cost us! He then demanded it back with no warning. On a second meeting about our car he threatened violence against both me and my partner, and so did his son so we had to call the Police Nacional and have pictures and video about this incident as evidence. It also became clear that he had done all this before. We arranged a meeting and went to the Hacienda in Malaga AETA (tax office) and met with the DGT Inspector about our car. We took a Spanish tax expert to the meeting and he was informed that VAT had never been paid on our car which was imported ‘through a fraudulent method’ on temporary plates from Austria and Ryan Mille had tried to pretend it was for his wife. The car was blocked and couldn't be registered. After this meeting Ryan Mille refused to pay the VAT. or talk to us and said 'we know more than him'! He blocked my partner's telephone number. Jose Manuel Cayela, who is completely untrustworthy and a real con man continually told us the VAT was paid. We have now had to employ enforcement legal services and a lawyer to try and recover our 150,000 Euros as the sale of contract was never completed due to no registration. So until now we are left with an unregistered car that we can’t drive or sell (same as other reviews here), and we have already heard of others since. Ryan Mille is an outright scammer and it’s worth reading his history which we didn’t know before. We wish we had known before we bought a car from this dealer so please don’t buy a car here unless you want the considerable distress that we have had to face and suffered from this violent and despicable man and dishonest car dealer.

Don't trust this company!
We rented a mercedes in marbella and made a little scratch and had some other little damage to the tires. When delivering the car the person that worked their told us that this damage will reduce the deposit with 150+150+200. We paid 2k deposit and rented the car another extra day. So total the person told us we would receive 1200,00 in return. The would withdraw the amount the same day and I would receive a confirmation. Unfortunately its now 8 days further and still not received any deposit in return. I sent multiple messages to the whatsapp and every time the same answer 'I will check with my boss'. This was not the agreement, they would sent us the 1200 in directly. We had trust in the company to sent us the deposit, which obviously we should not have done. Also I call 2 times but they dont answer the phone. So untill today we have not received our 1200! Dont trust this company!

This is a scam!! They were operating under caryscollections and that website has now been shut down after multiple reports against them (go check the reviews)

They will take payment and then say there has been an accident with the delivery driver and then cease all contact.

Voy a intentar resumirlo. En diciembre compré un Mini Cooper S. Como dicen en otros comentarios, todo fue bien hasta que pagué el coche. A partir de ahí, dos semanas sin noticias, hasta que por fin me lo entregan porque supuestamente había que reparar un lateral y cambiar los neumáticos.

Primer problema: los neumáticos no estaban cambiados. Son de 2013 y según ellos “no se habían dado cuenta”… eso ya te dice cómo revisan los coches. El lateral estaba pintado de forma chapucera, con efecto piel de naranja y la parte interior de la tapa del depósito llena de gotas de pintura.

Segundo problema: el mismo día que retiro el coche (viernes por la tarde), al llegar a casa noto que el pedal del embrague se queda a medio recorrido. El lunes se lo comunico, y me dicen que si sigue fallando lo lleve a la BMW de Marbella. Lo hago unos días después y, gracias a que el coche tiene un AirTag, descubro que dos semanas después está en su nave, sin haberme pedido permiso ni nada. Les pregunto y me dicen que había que cambiar el embrague, pero que en BMW costaba 4.000 €, y que eso era una locura. Al final me dicen que si quiero que lo arreglen tiene que ser en un taller que conocen ellos o nada. Yo, pensando que con eso se resolvía, acepto. Sorpresa: el coche sigue exactamente igual.

Tras muchas discusiones (la mayoría con muy malos modos por parte del personal, sobre todo de Jairo), intento hablar con el responsable de la empresa (el que le da nombre) y termina tomándome el pelo diciéndome que le voy a poner dos denuncias. Al final fue una sola, y ya veremos quién tiene razón.

Al coche supuestamente se le cambió el kit completo de embrague, el muelle del pedal, el bombín principal y el secundario, pero sigue fallando igual. Su respuesta es que no saben qué puede ser y que a ellos no les falla. Les presenté un informe pericial donde dice que el coche presenta un fallo, y ya no contestaron más.

Además de todo eso, me hicieron ir hasta 50 km de mi casa unas cinco veces. En una incluso me volví sin hacer nada porque el coche tenía el testigo del motor encendido. La respuesta de Jairo fue que era normal porque “el coche llevaba parado mucho tiempo” (una semana y media). Luego resultó ser una sonda del escape.

En resumen: o tratan bien solo a los que se gastan 100.000 € en coches, o no revisan nada y cruzan los dedos. Ellos mismos me dijeron que tienen varios coches con problemas y que no saben qué es, pero claro: todos ya están vendidos. Esa es su garantía.

Beware of dealing with Ryan Mille, José Ventas. After multiple positive experiences buying cars there, a friend recommended them when I was looking to buy a vehicle for use in Spain. I ended up purchasing a G Wagon for around €230,000, but things took a downhill turn after payment.

Once I paid in full, communication quickly deteriorated. After repeated follow-ups, they eventually delivered the car—but on a temporary (green) license plate, assuring me that a permanent plate would be issued within three months. I was patient, but when 3, 6, 8, and eventually 12 months passed with no permanent plate in sight, I became seriously concerned. José continuously provided excuses, often blaming delays in Spain’s system, until he eventually stopped responding to my messages altogether.

To make matters worse, I later learned that the temporary plate was valid for only three months, meaning my car was essentially undrivable after that period and I can't use the car anymore. Left with no other option, I hired a lawyer. After some investigation, it was discovered that something fundamental was wrong with the car’s registration, rendering it impossible to obtain a permanent plate (though they still refuse to disclose exactly what the issue is). Despite acknowledging the issue, they’ve failed to propose a fair resolution. Their “solution” was an insult—offering to refund a fraction of the purchase price, paid out over 12 installments.

This experience has been frustrating, costly, and deeply disappointing. Ryan Mille’s refusal to take responsibility or provide a fair outcome is appalling. I would strongly caution anyone considering them for such a major purchase. I filed a lawsuit (wich takes about a year in Spain), so to be continued.
