I get am email to tell me my order is being despatched but have three minutes to cancel it.
But I havent ordered anything.
This is becoming a real hard sell .sending you products you haven’t ordered and don’t need.

I really like how kind the products are to the environment and how so much of the packaging is recyclable. The performance of various cleaning products are of a good quality and refills are easy to order.

Home Things are almost there
Home Things are almost there, almost! I really like the smell of the dish soap and the multi surface spray. I got the dish soap dispenser which looks good but the mechanics need a redesign. It clogs with the detergent, then it squirts and makes a mess! I got splotches of dish soap all over my top too many times! I hope they can create better design.

Hi Agnieszka, thank you so much for your review. We're so sorry for the difficulty you have been experiencing. It's been a super tricky one to try and resolve. Obviously this kind of formulation hasn't been done before and its really difficult because we're trying to turn tap water into a washing up gel which requires certain ingredients to thicken the water. That part we've solved but the difficulty we are having is that with it being a thin nozzle where the product dries at the end of the nozzle it leaves the thickening ingredients behind which clog the spout. We also recommend cleaning the pump in between each refill. A redesign is being reviewed however we cannot confirm when it will go live.
Toilet roll blocks drains as does not disintegrate
Hi, I bought toilet rolls from Homethings along with other items that I am happy with. Unfortunately I’ve just had to pay £280 for someone to unblock my drains. The blockage? Homethings toilet paper. Disappointing but what’s even more disappointing is Homethings action to not share my genuine review on their website. How can a company be trusted if they select which reviews they chose to make public. Not the actions of a reputable company.

Have you used 100% bamboo paper before or noticed anything similar with other brands? We carry out disintegration testing on every batch in line with ISO12625-17, and we’re already in touch with our manufacturer to review the records for this particular batch in case anything falls outside the expected range.

I had a problem with a leaking box and…
I had a problem with a leaking box and tabs which were spilling powder as the plastic had broken. This was dealt with promptly and efficiently - and a replacement box sent within the week.

Thing I could say is it would be nice to have a selection of funky coloured tissues, like special editions now and again! But that’s nothing as the product is great!!

Customer service needs attention
I really like using the products especially the washing up liquid, all purpose cleaner and laundry sheets.
However, the latest box of dishwasher tablets have not been satisfactory. They do not get rid of tea and coffee staining on mugs and cups.
I’ve tried contacting the company 3 times and so far have had no response at all.
When I first started using Homethings, I had emails asking how I was getting on with the products but now I feel that customer service is somewhat lacking.

We do aim to respond to all messages within 24 hours where possible, but as a small team things can occasionally slip through the cracks, and we're really sorry this was one of those cases.

New dishwasher tables great improvement
I have been using Homethings dishwasher tablets for over a year and have just purchased a new box of them. With the new ones I no longer get marks left on my glass cups and the dishwasher itself seems to shine more after a wash. I live in a hard water area so am very happy to see these improvements. Happy to give them a 5 star rating
