I love the laundry sheets, not only easy to use but kind to the environment, and my family - a win, win - converted!

I ordered the products and though they arrived with a missing item and damaged, the customer service team were quick to respond and resolve the issues I had. The products are good, the loo cleaner and laundry sheets are really good. I found their laundry sheets to be better than Smol for cleaning and fragrance. The loo roll takes a bit of adjusting as it's hardier than normal loo roll but not uncomfortable.

Have tried many of their products and currently use the diahwasher tablets, and non bio laundry sheets. Delivery is easy + eco packaging. I would highly recommend them as a company. Customer service is quick and helpful.

So many good things about Homethings!
I love that they are tablets and so easy to use. Drop them in water and away you go! I use the multi surface cleaner and it leaves no residue and cleans beautifully. The scent is growing on me! I switched from a well known competitor and I’m so glad I did!

The products are all lovely and smell great. Disappointed with washing sheets.
Clothes came out not smelling as fresh as expected .

Been using the washing up liquid, multi surface cleaner, floor cleaner and sponges for a while now. The products work well and smell great and love that they take up much less space in my kitchen cupboard. The new dispensers look great on the shelf too. Subscriptions are easy to change and customer service is quick to respond and really helpful.

Washing up liquid works, happy with the toilet cleaner

Bought the starter pack. Products themselves good and I'm much in favour of the low packaging ethos. However the washing up liquid dispense doesn't work at all, and the household spray element stopped working after a few weeks. Too late to ask for a refund so I've had to improvise

This was my first order from Homethings. I ordered the wash up bundle and was very impressed with a) the quality of the aluminium bottle, b) strong eco friendly packaging and c) speed of delivery.
Initially I had a bit of an issue with getting the pump on the bottle to work, so contacted the company for advice. After a few emails back and forth between us, I was sent a replacement, which arrived very quickly and worked first time.
I now know that the product itself works really well and the scent is pleasant ( I chose the wild rhubarb one). Having a couple fo refills in the kitchen drawer takes up considerably less space than the 5L container that used to hold my reserve washing up liquid!
I will continue to use the Homethings sytstem, it’s a good product and the customer care so far has been second to none.

Great products, fast delivery

Great customer service. I initially ordered the wrong items but they did all they could to help and improve the situation. Cannot fault their attitude.
I love complete lack of unnecessary plastic packaging and their compact size meaning they fit into cupboards very easily.
I have not used all the products yet but so far they are of good quality and knowing I am not polluting and destroying rivers is an absolute bonus. Yes, I would highly recommend these products

I found the website a little confusing,not quite straightforward. But once I had orded only refills I was ok. The products are excellent!

Great products, looking forward to swapping out more bulky bottles in my cupboard to home things

I have a subscription for washing up refills that was set for 11 December. It’s now 16 December, and the bot (not a human) that manages their email tells me they haven’t been dispatched yet. There’s no guarantee I’ll get these before Christmas, (according to the bot).

I’d naively assumed that the date for a subscription meant items would be dispatched on that date. But apparently it merely means at Homethings an order is placed and you wait for it to be dispatched . So there’s no way you can manage your usage not to run out. I’ll have to buy something else since it’s nearly Christmas, and I need washing up liquid, obviously.
Not a great experience and I’m going elsewhere for refills.
Expect a bot will write a bland reply to this. No humans at Homethings.

Update. A human did get in touch, as well as the bot. But I still don’t understand why, if you set up a subscription, the recurring date is taken each time to mean a new order has been placed and you therefore have to wait for it to be dispatched. Surely the point of a subscription is that the company knows in advance that you’ve ordered and the date is when items should be dispatched? Subs I have elsewhere send an advisory email around a week in advance, so if you need you can skip the delivery.

I wrote in the first instance enquiring where my subscription was, as looking up my account was completely opaque. It wasn’t possible to tell if the sub was on the way.
