Kubu Smart Security Avis 

It's always good to support smaller businesses especially when the team go the extra mile.
I had an issue with a door sensor which wouldn't reconnect after a battery change, after reaching out to the support team I was shown great patience and expertise in resolving my issue.
Tom Jameson was my contact who strove to understand the issue and even replaced the sensor and requested the old one back so as they could look in to the issue to understand what had failed.
I can recommend the company to anyone who is security conscious.

Kubu is works. They are easy to fit. The support is absolutely brilliant. Very quick responses to any questions.

After having issues with my ADSL router, and having to make changes to my wifi network, I could not connect my 4 Kubu devices. A mail for help sent to Kubu support was sent. Tom mailed me back in an hour or so and offered some basic assistance, which was applied, but still didn’t get everything working, which was fed back to Tom. A second mail received from Tom this morning had further and more in depth help, which quickly solved the issue. It’s now all fully working. I’ve been very impressed with the quality, level, and speed of support from Kubu, and I’m very pleased with these very useful additions to my home security set up. Thanks Tom!

I cannot applaud Kubu and Tom in particular for their excellent customer service following a fault which developed after a couple of years of use.
Not only was I able to speak to someone quickly the 1-1 troubleshooting and follow up which resulted in an engineer visiting our property was outstanding.
Not only is the product great but customer service a refreshing change from other interactions you can experience today when buying a service or product.

A superb product worth every penny it has saved us on many occasions leaving the house with a door inadvertently unlocked also at night before turning in its reassuring to look at blue light on the hub outside our bedroom knowing all doors locked. We have had them for two plus years and no issues apart from odd hub reset

We've had our Kubu modules for a couple of years and can thoroughly recommend them. They are easy to install and give you total confidence that you've locked the doors. We're now moving to a property where the doors won't accommodate Kubu modules, which is a great shame. Kubu may be a small family-run company, but they offer fantastic customer service. Any queries are dealt with very promptly. We would single out Tom here for his excellent help.

We have had some very small issues previously (down to my tech ability) and had a minor problem today when changing batteries in the Kubu door units. Called Kubu and spoke to Ryan and then Tom. For someone who is relatively non technical I was guided through both testing to determine the problem and, more importantly, fixing it. We find the locks / app invaluable and have no hesitation recommending it.

I’m a little over the top when it comes to locking up, it usually takes me multiple checks before I’m happy I’ve locked the door and can leave the house.
This device has allowed me certainty that I’ve locked the door and the peace of mind that I can check if the door is locked or open.

Kubu was sent straight to our house and was super easy to self-instal in our Kubu ready doors. The instructions for instal and set up were so easy to follow that we were able to instal in two doors in less than 10mins. We now feel extra secure knowing that we can have piece of mind by checking whether our doors are locked with a quick look at our phones. We will definitely be recommending Kubu to our friends and family.

Kubu was fitted last week on our recently fitted new windows and doors.The install was smooth,quick and faultless and everything was explained about how the whole system works. The app is excellent,easy to use,and clearly tells you the status of your doors and windows. You can see exactly what status everything is in wether it be open/closed/in vent secured or unsecured.The installers were polite and very knowledgeable. I've already recommended kubu to family and friends and will continue to do so.I will be setting it up with Google assistant in the near future. Many thanks

Excellent customer service from Morgan on the phone to the fitter Sean who came here two hours later and fitted the window sensors and helped me pair them on the app. A fantastic product which gives you the status of doors and windows; for windows open, on vent position or secure (closed). Also alerts you when leaving your area if you have left any windows open or doors unlocked. It also notifies you if anything is opened when you are out. Locks are all operated normally by key. I am very pleased with the service I received and the product. I believe they are bringing out sensors for older, non Kubu compatible fittings, later this year and have added my name to an email list so as to be notified as soon as they become available. I will be fitting them to my old windows.

Kubu was easy to set up and we received great support.

Bought a 3 door set. System works great. Hub indicates whether a door is open, or all locked. Moby phone app specifies individual door status plus other tricks. Wifi issues made setting up tricky, but tech support were quick to pick up, and helpful. Well pleased overall.

Kubu Smart Security came with my new kitchen windows and door. They are great, prompt me if I've left them open and give me extra security. I will fit them to any new windows as I replace them.
Had a problem with one battery but great customer service from Tom and all sorted very efficiently.

I recently had new windows and doors fitted and although the Kubu wasn’t a factor on which company I chose I am extremely glad that the doors had the option of fitting the Kubu. I don’t like the idea of smart doors/locks that lock/unlock electronically but being able to have normal locks and still be able to see at a glance (either via the hub or the app) if the doors are locked is perfect for me!

Communication also very good and received an email a couple of weeks after purchase to check if I’d got it up and running (which was pretty easy to do following the instructions that came with the kit), and offering assistance if I needed it.

I haven't actually got a Kubu door myself, but we bought one for my elderly Mum's house earlier in the year so we could make sure she is locked up safe before bed.

She lives on her own, so sharing her status to make sure she's safe is a god send. No more worrying that she's forgotten to lock up - especially in these times of rising crime.

The customer service staff at Kubu were extremely friendly and helped us get everything up and running exactly how we wanted in no time at all.

We're looking to replace our front door in the new year, so will definitely be getting a Kubu one.

As university students, the Kubu makes us feel so much safer! We love being able to check the app and make sure the door is locked. Highly recommend the product!
