Getlabs Avis 

This was the first time getting home bloodwork as I’m injured and was unsure how it would go. Kenny the technician made it a calm experience by being very prompt, professional, respectful, patient and gentle. I truly appreciate Kenny and highly recommend Getlabs!

I scheduled a Getlabs appointment for 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM and remained available during the full appointment window. No one arrived during that time. I was then informed the provider would be at least 1 hour late.

This is not a minor delay. It is a failure to meet the confirmed appointment window. For a medical service scheduled early in the morning, timely arrival and proactive communication are very important.

I am leaving this review because customers should be able to rely on the appointment window they book. In my case, the service was not delivered as scheduled, and the communication came too late to be useful.

Not having to go and wait at a lab is such a convenience. Having blood drawn in my own home is such a comfort. Getting a relatively quick appointment is such an advantage. Third time using getlabs and will continue to use them in the future.

As a disabled person, it's extremely difficult to get around anywhere. I have a motorized wheelchair and therefore require specific assistance and transportation to go anywhere. So it was wonderful to be able to spend a legitimately priced fee to have the comfort of my own home and it saved me from the pain of travel. Chris, my phlebotomist, was absolutely wonderful, professional, and so kind! I'm so grateful for him. I will be a returning customer.

My experience is even better than a 10, GetLabs made it effortlessly easy and smooth for me, I love the ability to have blood drawn from home and my technician was excellent very knowledgeable very professional and I felt nothing as well as she was so good at the blood draw, I can’t even see where she put the needle there is no bruising, I highly recommend GetLabs, I was happy to find GetLabs and thank you for what you do for customers 🥰

My blood sample was collected on march 21 to be dropped at Sonoraquest in phoenix Till date this has not been dropped and my test results are missing Your folks are not even investigating I will file a complaint with bbb asap
You have been sending a link to fill over and over again but no resolution Finally the blood sample reaches Sonoraquest but the sample is compromised so they had to cancel lipid test and comprehensive metabolic panel What kind of sloppy service is this

Cathy was AWESOME- she arrived in time and was so quick (but not rushed). My veins are usually very tricky for phlebotomists but Cathy nailed it with no pain at all. Grateful to have her experience- I will always have an in-home draw in the future. So much nicer then having to travel and sit near other people who might be sick. Loved the convenience!

My phlebotomist Felicia was great. She found my vein for my blood draw with no problem.
I was so nervous on arrival and it was going to be an issue and when she told me she drove two hours I was like oh my God veins please cooperate and they did
I love this mobile service, I had no idea it was available, I only found out about it when I went to book my quest lab appointment and saw that it was available. I would definitely recommend and hopefully you get Felicia as your phlebotomist.!
