Lady Bird deed trust is excellent in estate planning. It is done online and is straightforward and easy to do. Great customer service if you need any help with fast replies. I love the fact that it gets notarized online with you and one witness and then it is sent to the courts.
With this Lady Bird Deed Trust, you avoid probate. Property goes straight to whomever you designate when you pass.

The process was straight forward, we emailed our new information and filled out the form as instructed. We used Zoom to notarize and witness our signatures. We received our recorded Lady Bird deed in a timely manner. Be aware of an extra charge for the second witness unless you have one present. This was a very satisfactory experience.

My friends had told me about the Lady Bird Deed
My friends had told me about the Lady Bird Deed and suggested I use it. I contacted them and the entire process was easy and I got to speak to a real person. I admit I was hesitant at first, but I had a friend with me who had used their service, and she stayed right with me during the entire application and information process. The people at Lady Bird were very nice and answered all my questions. Abraham Penton and Jose Triana were the two gentlemen who I worked with. The information has not shown up on my property appraiser site though. I'm guessing it takes a while. I will recommend Lady Bird Deed to all my friends! I now have peace of mind. Thank you! Your deed has been officially recorded with Orange County. It is normal for the Property Appraiser’s website to take some time to update after a deed is recorded, so that information may not appear there immediately.
