Went exactly as expected and I received the services as described. The cost for documsigning, filinig and etc was greatly offset by the time to have managing signing and filing myself.
Easy and simple to follow. Timely and effective. No delays, waiting or any unexpected issues. Savings versus attorny for my simplistic needs worth thousands in tim and hassles..........nice effective service.

Peace of Mind
My wife and I experienced the probate process with the passing of her brother during Covid and it was not pleasant. We had to work with an attorney out of state, which complicated the process further. While he was pleasant to work with he ended up with more than a third of her brothers small estate. We did not want our sons to go through this process, so part of our plan was the Lady Bird Deed. This company made the process straightforward and quick, we highly recommend them!
