Beware! This company is a complete SCAM! The worst customer service ever on the internet. Never answers the phone and won’t call you back. I ordered a 3pc set that included a watch, bracelet and necklace. Told it would ship in 2 days. Finally arrived one month later after calling and emailing 20 times. Got one response that stated it was delayed. What I received was a cheap watch and necklace and a bracelet that in no way was what I ordered and in no way matched the set. I have reached out to them at least 25 times with absolutely no response. Stay far away. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!

Ordered a watch, Luxor Pacifica, what arrived can only be described as a plastic piece of crap. Misrepresented in the description and pictures. More like a $2.00 piece of plastic.
Company is not help getting this issue resolved, it's a shame there are companies that take advantage of customers. Avoid at all costs!! Do not do business with this company.

BEWARE!! Please avoid this vendor. Despite successful orders being received in previous years, my order for two watches on Oct 8th, 2024 and a follow up in Dec... I have received no updates, and little assurance. We are now end of Jan, 2025.... all I can say at this point is ZERO STAR performance. Save yourself the grief and select a reliable vendor.

They said it would ship in 24 hours. Been almost a month and still hasn't shipped. Been trying to cancel order but cannot connect with anyone.

The third watch I ordered came with defective strap. I emailed them several times to ask if they would replace and all I heard was crickets. I also called and left messages and nobody responded. Do not order a watch from them if you expect any service after the fact.

This outlet is obviously a big SCAM I ordered they charged and I never received. They stopped texting me for a while and recently restarted. Don’t waste your time or money.

2 watches paid for 3 weeks not received. They’re 100% scam. I can’t believe they keep sending me messages to buy more without replying my messages. They must be stop

Not worth the TIME they'll take your money, won't render service or product and there is no response to costumer concerns, the only job this company does is make you work to get a refund, they pray costumers get discouraged from presuing refunds.

Bought four watches almost two (2) months ago, priority mail, but I haven't received them yet. I contacted GetLuxor by all means available to no avail. No one responded.

I've order a watch from this company and I could not even get someone to talk to regarding my order lost $88.00. If you have money to throw go ahead and order from this company, for me it's to late but it's not late for you don't be dumb like me.

I ordered on Dec. 3rd. I received a shipping confirmation on Dec. 16th. I have checked the shipping daily. It shows that it still at the Luxor warehouse and hasn't been given to the shipping company. I sent multiple emails that have not been returned.

Ordered watch Nov. 30th. No communication, no shipping email, no watch, nothing. Definitely a scam site. DO NOT BUY from them, ever!

I ordered my watch over a month ago and have not received it. I reached out multiple times and have not received a satisfactory response. This is the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I would not recommend ordering anything from this company.

It has been over a month since I ordered a watch. I have yet to receive it or a refund. Multiple attempts to contact them have been unsuccessful.

On April 29th, 2022, Getluxor Watches charged my account for a watch I never received. It's now June 3rd, 2022, and I have yet get my watch. My facebook friends are taking bets as to I will never get it. Well, I had come to the conclusion that if they wont refund my money, then I'm gonna pray that God will close these scammers down.

Ordered and paid for the watch that I never received. There is no customer service. They are a scam business. Don't order. Wish I had read reviews prior.

I've ordered 7 watches from this company and the one watch that I love was a blue on blue Lige watch that stopped working after about 2-3 months. I even mailed the watch back to the company expressing my interest in having it replaced and I haven't received a replacement but they keep sending me emails to buy more watches. I love the prices and would consider purchasing more for X-Mas gifts, but they have killed my desire to ever purchase anything else from them.
