Excellent!
We have a large area that needed mulch. This was the first time we used this service. We are so happy with the results. The mulch provider was very professional and provided great communication. The actual delivery was so easy. The cleanup was fantastic. Thank you. We will definitely book this again. So easy!

Mulch lost color quickly
It rained the day after we laid our black mulch and it immediately lost a significant portion of its black color. Very disappointed the color did not last better.

Very Happy
I was very happy with the service we got from GetMulch.com . They helped with the calculation on the amount of mulch we could get, and getting it blown in on the property was so much better than having a load dumped in the street and having to wheel barrow it tot he back yard.....SO MUCH BETTER.

Fast, Easy, Professional, Priced Right!

Tried GetMulch for the first time. The quality of the mulch I received was great. It did have some plastic in it but was significantly better quality than the double ground hardwood mulch I have been buying in bulk for years. Will definitely order from them again. Getting the exact delivery time down can be a challenge but it worked out well for me.

Some pros quite a few cons
Get mulch was helpful in getting me a lot of mulch for a reasonable price. The quality of the mulch was not that great. There has been a lot of trash, plastic and concrete / mold that I have found mixed in with my mulch. Also delivery was challenging as the truck was unable to place the mulch in a non-obstructive location because of the size of the truck, so mulch has been blocking my garage for the last month or so. Other than that, might consider again if I have to mulch a whole yard, but might also just consider pick up myself.

Additionally, we have reached to the supplier we used for your order to better identify the issue the quality of mulch you received. This supplier normally is known for their high standards and is a leader in mulch manufacturing in your area. We feel the issue may have more than likely been with the delivery driver that was hired to deliver your mulch, we have addressed this with him as well and will work to make sure this does not happen again.
Either way we can do better and our hope is that you will give us a try again in the future and we will earn a 5-star review then. Contact us when/if that time comes and we will make sure a discount is issued.
