Do not buy from these crooks. This antenna did not get me any additional stations than my rabbit ears does. I have contacted them every day and no one will contact me. I need where to return this cheap product.

I don't know what to say but "DON"T…

I don't know what to say but "DON"T WASTE YOUR MONEY". I purchased and it didn't pull in one station. I have been trying to return and they just keep giving me excuse after excuse. Now they asked to send name. order #, payment email(what ever that is),invoice # (which I can't find on any of the paper work(and I kept everything). That's probably how their going to refuse my refund.THEY'RE SLICK!

Not a company I would deal with

Tried to place an order with 2 different credit cards both were rejected than 2 days later i received a nothce that both orders were accepted I have been trying to cancel the orders since i received the notices but This company has the worst customer service It takes several days to receive a generic response saying we will get to your request soon in the mean time they shipped me the product and charged my credit cards I am trying to do a return of product we will see if that works
I would never buy product from this company again and will submit several reviews stating that

Hard to get answers from this company

Took a long time and only thru this reviewer did I finally get someone to acknowledge and refund my money. Issue resolved but I will not be using this company. Charged me twice, nothing sent, won’t answer questions.
Responding to their order #question…they have asked this before and NO response in email. I want these two orders refunded! Only ordered 1, charged twice, and NO product!! Guarantee this will go no where!

Is a piece of Chinese made junk

Is a piece of Chinese made junk, I a TV antenna for $10 at Walmart that got more channels then this thing. The same exact ones you can find at Walmart or Amazon for $20 and they charged me $79. I have been trying for over a month to send it back for refund. They ask for your info and you wait and wait and then you complain and say we are sorry we are busy and will get to you. It repeats this over and over, I have through this 5 times. They have no intention of refunding, they figure at some point you will just give up.. Since they are not in the US going to the BBB will do you no good. Beware do not buy this cheap Chinese garbsge.

DON'T BUY THIS NOVAWAVE!

Don't Believe A Word They Say!
I had ordered two of these dated 6/13/2022 and was waiting to hear from the company as to when they were thinking of shipping the product. They sent me a Confirmation e-mail on June 13th saying that they received my order and will be processing it shortly. Order #2219127257.
Then, on June 23rd at 7:52 AM CDT I received a confirming e-mail that my order was on it's way with Tracking Number: 2219127261 Same order # and order date!
I was given Ms. Anna Lincoln, Sr. Product Advisor (yeah, try to get hold of her!) I want my money back $88.93 that they stole from my credit card and refund the rest of the money they stole from everyone else on this site!!! They should be ashamed of themselves.

*OK, finally got 1 unit in through the postal service just two days ago (paid for two) from a fullfillment center out of Wayne, N.J. with a completely different order number DEL (10790735) and according to the product information it should have come with the boosters (which it did not). I'm furious with this company and will not do business with them ever again.

Novawave did not honor their refund policy

Novawave did not give me a refund for the three antennas I returned. It is now July 2, 2022. They received them on April 25, 2022 at 9:13am.I sent more than a dozen emails. All were replied to by automation that made no sense. My last email simply asked for a human from customer support to call me. That was over a week ago. Order# 2218536023 Order date: April 12, 2022

I have made a number of request to return this bogus Novawave antenna with no success. The only thing they offer is apologies that goes nowhere. Getting an RMA number from Novawave is impossible!! This company is a complete SCAM. Don't waste your time or money with this scam company; you will lose both!!!!!!!

These people are thieves!!!
Don’t expect to receive any remote form of a refund from these people. They charge your card, send you nothing and NEVER refund the charge to your credit card. These people are thieves.
You will receive numerous apologetic emails and they will leave you with the notion you will receive a refund, but my friend, don’t be too hopeful….. you will as us all, will receive NOTHING.
These people are offshore, my brother, you have been laid face down in the mud!
If you are hell bent on attempting to buy this piece of excrement , you can buy it from Walmart for $35, and get your money back when you realize this is nothing but a piece of excrement.

I ordered the three antenna packs months ago. I received emails telling me my order was on its way. When I did not receive what I ordered, I contacted their online support email address asking what's the problem with shipping my order. All I received from Novawave were emails apologizing. THIS IS A SCAM!! If you are smart you want to send them your money because you want to obtain what you ordered!!!! You've been warned!
Check out Youtube for comments before you consider dealing with Novawave. Again, they are nothing more than a complete SCAM!!

Your reply is the same as your support department's. You are quick to apologize but take no action. Your online support department has all the answers with order numbers and details about my order.
You need to STOP APOLOGIZING and get your act together to stop this nonsense and fulfill your commitments!!!

if there was a zero star review i would…

if there was a zero star review i would have posted that instead of the 1 star......no customer service, no listing on their website for returns, the product is ridiculous, (false advertising) and impossible to get anyone to respond, either by email or phone. i want to return for a refund, which i will pay to ship back with a tracking number, but Novaware warns they do not guarantee they will receive the return (?). does this sound like a scam to you?
4 days since i asked for a return address and an RA - no contact. bad product, bad customer service, bad experience.

Got scammed!!

I for the first time have been scammed out of a product I paid for. I not only paid for the antenna but, got scammed for the insurance/ warranty. I don't tolerate this. I have reached out and all I get are generated message and that my order has been shipped. What I want to know is why there is no tracking number associated with the delivery?. Why do you have to wait to receive it to send it back for a refund? I am done and will be taking action to either get my product or my money back!!
