Customer service responded in a fast time when I needed answer to a pending Shipment of my order

The product itself is OK and does bring a few clear channels HOWEVER JUST DON'T get involved with them! The company is TERRIBLE. I got an email saying they now have something to boost the signal. So I went to the site and ordered 3 (to match the antennas I'd bought previously and get the maximum discount) when it went through, The site defaulted to 2. When you click on the button given to call, instead it gives an online form to email. I sent that and got back an IMMEDIATE email response saying they can't find any record of me. I found a number and 10 minutes after the order was placed, the operator told me she couldn't change it or stop it because the order had already been SHIPPED! LIARS and cheats. On top of that, when sending them the email info in reply to them saying that they couldn't find any order placed by me and asking for me to send my phone and address, when I pushed "send" my email provider gave me a WARNING about sending sensitive info. I sent it anyway and NOW, I realize that I've probably made a really big mistake!

Dosen't get any satellite signals, that was a lie I guess, the antenna gets a few channels only four to five in my area, like with any other antenna, i want my money back but not getting answers where to send it back, only computer generated dum answers.
... Ok finally they answered, i have to pay though to send it back with a tracking number that they want, now lets see if they refund me

I placed an order today and I want to cancel it. Can't find a number to call. They say press "here", that doesn't provide any phone number. I will send back and contact my bank. Your response was less than helpful, saying it was shipped will just result in refusing the order when it arrives.

I ordered a Nova Wave intena on 2-5-22 and still haven't received it yet.This company doesn't have a any contact info phone ext.So how do I suppose to check on my order?I'm beginning to thing this company is a scam.Can I please get some assistance in this matter?

Ich liebe es, Tennisturniere zu verfolgen, sehe sonst aber kaum fern, darum fand ich es immer lästig, eine monatliche Rechnung zu bezahlen. Mit Novawave kann ich mir ansehen, was ich will und wann ich es will, ohne monatliche Rechnungen. Ich sehe mir zwar immer noch meistens Tennis an, aber ich kriege jetzt so viele unterschiedliche Kanäle rein, dass ich angefangen habe, mich auch für andere Fernsehprogramme zu interessieren!

Jeder hier schreibt, dass dieses Produkt so "super easy" einzurichten wäre. Ich hatte es nicht geglaubt, aber es ist tatsächlich die Wahrheit. Ich hatte meinen Sohn angerufen, um mir bei der Installation zu helfen, aber er kam 15 Minuten später als ausgemacht und da hatte ich es schon selbst eingerichtet – schon längst. Die Bildqualität ist beeindruckend. Ich habe ihm jetzt auch eines zum Geburtstag geschenkt und er liebt es genau wie ich!

Ich habe dieses Produkt für meinen Vater gekauft, weil er viel fernsieht, sich aber fortwährend über seine Kabelrechnung aufregt. Normalerweise sagt er nicht viel zu den Geschenken, die ich ihm mache, aber über Novawave ist er pausenlos am begeisterten Erzählen. Gerade hab ich mir noch eines für mich selbst gekauft.

Ich kann ehrlich gesagt gar nicht glauben, dass dieses Produkt überhaupt legal ist! Ich kriege so viele unterschiedliche Sender rein, alle in bester Qualität – kein Vergleich zu altmodischen Fernsehantennen. Ich liebe dieses Ding.

Über Novawave kann ich nichts Schlechtes sagen, es funktioniert schlichtweg genauso super, wie es in der Werbung angepriesen wird. Auch die Installation ist kinderleicht. Und wer freut sich schon nicht über den Wegfall von monatlichen Kabelrechnungen?

Ich hätte es mir schon vor Jahren holen soll. Keine Rechnungen mehr, bessere Bildqualität, mehr Senderauswahl. Besser geht's nicht.

Mit Novawave kriegen wir viel mehr Kanäle rein als früher über unsere Kabelverbindung – im Grunde genommen alle Kanäle, die es halt gibt, und das kostenlos. Echt eine klasse Lösung.

I ordered 3 units for myself and a neighbor. They were worse than our current rabbit ears so I requested a return materials authorization and received an authorization number - then promptly returned the product at my expense. They boast a 30-day return guarantee, and I was well within that timeframe in doing the return. It has been a considerable amount of time now and I have not been refunded for the return. These people are absolutely a rip-off and I hope that others wanting to buy their product research these complaints before doing so. Just an update concerning this complaint : AQs of this date I have not been able to recover my money and they continue to refuse to do anything about refunding it in the future. Wish I had some way to bring legal action.

Ich nutze meinen Fernseher eigentlich nur zum Fußball schauen, musste für meine Kabelverbindung aber auch außerhalb der Saison zahlen. Jetzt, mit Novawave, gibt's überhaupt keine Rechnung mehr und ich verpasse kein einziges Spiel.

i ordered three nova antennas and would not work i my area so i ask about returning them and i sent them back and they have been recieved back at the return ware house that was two weeks ago and still waiting a full refund i requested .so I bought an antenna at local store for a few bucks and it works , novawave antenna didn't do anything and cost was to high , I lost money on return shipping.
Just not happy with this novawave product.

I ordered two antennas on 11/18/21 and still have not received them. How do I get my $ back? What a rip-off! As others, only automated responses with no real information.AFTER ASKING FOR REFUND THRU PAYPAL, MIRACULOUSLY MY ORDER ARRIVED.

This looks like the same company that do photostick. Which took over 12 weeks to turn up and did not work, there live chat line does not work so they take your money ,and do not want to know

Hi Guys - I actually own Novawave.co.uk (an unrelated company which specialises in aviation consultancy). It's being widely reported in the US that there is an extensive Novawave Antenna scam....please do not buy. NB novawave.co.uk is completely unrelated

Have been trying to return this worthless antenna since December 14. All I get is random computer generated emails with not one actual answer to my question about how to return. I don’t think I’ll ever get my money back. Do not buy.
