Love these pillows so much! So comfy!

Over the years, Ive bought 6 or 7 sets of pillows and none of them were all that great. The closest was a set of feather pillows. Unfortunately, they soon went flat. I ordered the Nuzzle pillows, even though I didn't have much hope that they would be any better. The first night, they were just ok, but raised my head too high. I realized I could take out one of the "inner" pillows, so I did that. It is now over a month and I have nothing but praise for these Nuzzle pillows. They support my neck but are soft enough that I get a snuggly, relaxed sleep. These pillows are wonderful, customizable and I highly recommend them.

At first I thought that the pillow was too hard and then I took out one of the pillows and then it was too soft. So I put the other pillow back in and fluffed it and it was just right. I love it now !

It is the first time that I didn’t wake up during the night and my shoulders didn’t hurt

First fight with both inserts and the height was too high. Moved to just the thicker of the two inserts and that has been ever sent. Comfortable and little neck or shoulder pain and amazing pillow.

This is, by far, the best pillow I have ever used. I have shoulder issues which makes sleeping a challenge. Falling asleep is easier. Waking up without shoulder or neck pain in a blessing. I'm so glad that I purchased it.

unhappy with the agent and my treatment! Weeks later, I decided to call back, hoping for another person.
Gratefully, Sunny answered an was soooo helpful!
I had purchased 2 pillows last month (or so). Also what I thought I ordered 2 King Size cases. When the package arrived, there was only 1 STANDARD CASE. (we only own King Pillows including yours)
The first Rep. told me that's what I ordered and that's howit was going to be!
Sunny listened to me & my proposal of paying for shipping & mailing the standard pillow case back to youat my expenses. After talking a while, Sunny proposed me keeping the small case and she would send me 2 Kings with me paying a lesser price and shipping.
I thought it was a very kind offer of Nuzzle and I also believe that it was very fair for both of us! PLUS Sunny was perfectly pleasant the entire time.
Although, I love my pillows prior to my engagement with Sunny, because of the other agent, I'm not sure that I would recommend your company? But now, I will speak very highly of Nuzzle!
I also learned that calling back might be a good option if an agent is less than helpful. We are all just people, it may have been a bad day for her.

My neck pain is gone. Literally on the first night. I expected a couple days adjustment period but nope. Painless, deep, and restful sleep.

Shipping was fast. Pillows were well packaged. Love how how they can be customized for comfort. Washable is a plus.

I had major neck surgery back in 2015 then last year I had a total shoulder replacement for some reason my neck started acting up very painful causing headaches for 2 weeks I suffered getting ready to go back to the doctor to make sure everything's okay with the metal cage in my neck well lo and behold I heard about nuzzle read the reviews decided to take the chance because of good pillow is everything it's amazing and a week and a half I have no more neck pain and on the side sleeper it really works guys the pillows are really nice and like I said I am pain free I highly recommend this pillow they're 50 bucks well worth it a great product I give it six stars

I purchased their pillow because they claim it is the best for your neck and shoulders and alignment. I was convinced by their ad. It would work for me. When I got the pillow. It was stiff and my poor little neck did not even. Stay on the loft of the pillow I tried it without the secondary pillow inside and then it was too flat. If they were even pillows, perhaps it would’ve worked, but they have a thin one and a thicker one and neither of them worked so I asked for a refund and they offered me a quarter of my money back to keep the pillow then I asked for full payment back including shipping. They sent me three emails trying to make excuses for not wanting to get the pillow back and offering a small amount of money and in exchange to keep the pillow and claimed their policy will not pay for shipping. The pillow is so bulky and heavy that it would cost me a fortune to send it back to them. So I agreed to their refund which is only a quarter of what I originally paid and now stuck with a pillow I will never use and it was a waste of money. There are other pillows out there that are much more comfortable and will do the same thing. This is not a good neck pillow by any means. I am 5’ 2” with a regular size head and weight and I do have a shorter neck but that shouldn’t have anything to do with what I experienced. Be sure to read their return policies on anything you buy in the future I know I will

I love the pillow! I use CPAP and it is great for people with OSA.
Delivery was longer than I had anticipated.
