I really love the pillows
I really love the pillows! I removed the smaller quishy ones, but utilize them when propping up to watch tv. Then I use them for fabulous body pillows as the side sleeper I am!
Great Pillow
I am a side sleeper & have slept on this pillow for a week since I received it. My neck does not hurt when I wake up in the morning. Also if I turn & sleep on my back it still does the trick. I left the two inserts in as the instructions said, & put my own pillow case on. GREAT PILLOWS.

He went above and beyond to rectify my order, catching it with the fulfillment team, and adjusting the number of items/price to the correct amount. In addition to the response below from the company, I have received an email apologizing for the confusion and miscommunication I had received from customer service. I now feel that my concerns were heard and dealt with. The manager who contacted me took responsibility for the inconsistency of responses I received and corrected the situation. I did experience the difficulties listed below; however, when it came to the attention of a manager, the company came through and did the right thing within 24 hours. Thank you!

Their claim of a no hassle refund policy is not true. I ordered two pillows. I slept on one and did not find it comfortable. I contacted them and asked to return the unopened 2 nd pillow. I felt because I had slept on the first pillow , I should not ask for a refund. They started this let’s make a deal routine with me which started off by telling me to keep the 2nd pillow and they would give me a 20% refund. I didn’t want to keep a second uncomfortable pillow. Next,they offered 50 % of the refund for the second pillow , or about $24. Again why would I return an unopened pillow for which I paid full price for half of its value. Then they offered me the full refund of $49. Shortly after that they rescinded that offer to tell me there were all the costs that needed to be deducted and the refund amount went down to under $30. This means I would have paid $61 for the original pillow which was advertised for $49. This is convoluted. it does not make sense mathematically or in terms of how you do business . When I stated ,after their last attempt to barter, that I was not satisfied, the communication ended I guess they want me to go over the return period policy time. Again, demonstrate transparency about your return policy and improve your customer service.

I've had neck pain for 2 years
I've had neck pain for 2 years. Tried everything. Chiropractor,cbd ligament,massage ,frankensence all with minimal results. I knew the pillow wouldn't cure me over night but was willing to give it a couple weeks. I'm thinking I'm 90% . Probably arthritis pain is all that's left. Pillow was well worth the purchase.

I normally don't review products I purchase but I needed to let you know I highly recommend the Nuzzle pillow. I've struggled with sleeping through the night and waking up with shoulder, neck and back pain in the morning. When I saw your ad I thought I would give the Nuzzle pillow a try. From the first night on I not only sleep through the night, but when I wake, I don't have any pain. It is completely gone! The Nuzzle pillow supports your head and neck perfectly and that takes the pressure off of your shoulders and back. I can't tell you how impressed I am. Thank you for the miracle.

No more snoring
My Dad suffers sleep apnea and I read a woman's story online where she found some peace sleeping using a Nuzzle pillow...my Dad bought one and for the first time in like 50+ years did not snore. He and my Mom got a good nights sleep...so I ordered for the whole family. Callout also to Nuzzle's customer service. The team was very helpful answering my questions.

I have never been a good sleeper and thought a Nuzzle pillow would solve that problem.
Sadly, it did not help me achieve that goal .
Nuzzle advertises 100% customer satisfaction, so I thought let’s see if that’s true.
Andy in customer service made sure Nuzzle’s claim is true. I am pleased to say, it is. Nuzzle is a STAND UP company.

Great support on obtaining a refund on a billing mistake.
I purchased one item on-line and when I saw a copy of the bill, it listed an order for Four of the items. I called the support line to correct this error and was connected to a live company support person. This was amazing. The person was very helpful and corrected the problem. I was told that the overpayment would be refunded but I couldn't find it. I called the support line again and talked with representative Janelle. She was very helpful and got my concern taken care of. And the refund was applied to my credit card account and all is well! Customer support was excellent.
