0 stars. Everyone please avoid this company. Worst of all. Unable to cash out a bet builder even though the game is finished and the next game is in more than an hour. Live chat wasn’t helpful either. After the match finished, l will be deleting the app and leaving bad reviews on all app stores on both android and apple platforms.

The worst online betting company i have ever used, app down a lot, asking for proof of income, voids greyhound bets if a non runner in race, stick to your normal ones paddy and 365 and so on this company really is shocking, customer service also terrible

Great Customer service
I had issues withdrawing and could not receive my profits, I went to customer service and Simon helped me get it all sorted, it was an easy, simple, efficient and fairly quick process to get it all straightened out - and now I can withdraw all funds freely. No complaints at all, very satisfied

Disgusting invasion of privacy
Have been using the site for a couple of months, fully verified. Suddenly, my account is suspended without explanation, and I am asked to provide a payslip to prove my earnings. I did as requested, I was then asked to provide a bank statement to prove my pay is being deposited. I did as requested. They then proceeed to question transactions between myself and family members and asking for an explanation as to why I trasnfer money to my partner etc. This was a step too far for me. I contacted them and asked them to close my account with immediate effect, plenty of other sites around to use! I am still waiting for the account to be closed after 2 or 3 days. Joke of a company - I recommend you avoid and stick to the main sites if possible.

Offer you free bets for spending £40 but then don't give you free bet. Stay clear of these scammers iv seen some bad bookies in my time but these are by far the shadiest
