Get set go sent me my renewal quote, which was better than the rest. It was easy to navigate the site to renew my insurance. Literally just a few clicks and I was insured.

We are aware there has been an increase in the rates of Insurance within Ireland, unfortunately this is due to the claims to loss ratio and this in turn increases premiums for all our customers. The renual quote was good, and with the 50 euro renual credit it was even better.

As an online insurance company our main method of contact is via our Online Chat Service, this facility is accessed via our website and allows you to instant message with an advisor with any queries you may have. While we do not accept incoming calls, we do currently have a call back request system in place for our Call Centre team to contact you, these call back requests are returned within 24-48 hours and can be requested through our online chat facility. All call backs are processed in date and time order to be fair to all customers, at busy periods the call wait time may vary.

Best value insurance I could find in Ireland - came back from living abroad and while it wasn't "cheap", they were far more competitive than anywhere else.

BEWARE BLACK BOX!
For any driver ending up with a black box installed from Getsetgo BEWARE!!
They count your miles and make you "top up" when you are running low which ends up as 1000 miles for £100 and failure to pay the top ups on time makes them cancel your policy and not provide a refund for the potential months you might have left including an invalid NCB. No other insurance company does this!!! Don't fall into these fraudsters cheap trap.

When a customer incepts a telematics policy, they have to list how many KMS they plan to travel over the 12 month period and if they run out you will be required to top up. It is listed in the terms and conditions that are agreed to at inception.
