Fake Delivery date is given
Delivery date is given 16th Nov. and sent on 15th nov. above that cancelation is also not allowed.
Very Bad Experience. Just showing fake delivery date to attract the customer otherwise we would have order from Amazon.com which was cheaper.

Bad communication

Order still not received while it's showing that order will deliver on 06-07 October but still not received. After that one thing is that when order placed than its showed that import duties will be extra.

Because during purchase the import duty…
Because during purchase the import duty was not mentioned. Secondly as specified more than 50% taxes was imposed but the problem was the courier charged me still more than the import duty. Why should they charge separately when transport charges were already paid in advance. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE NEVER TO BUY DIRECTLY.

What I had ordered, I didn’t receive. It wrong product that you have send. I have paid double X amount of the product that I purchased. Still got wrong product and I’m not happy with this service.
Not happy with your service, sending a wrong product which I ordered. I have not received. You are troubling me for refund. After paying so much of custom charge now you’re telling me that you’re gonna give only 50% refund.
