Terrible. DO NOT GIVE THESE CROOKS YOUR MONEY...
I've booked off 2 days of work to wait for a Rogers technician to show up but they repeatedly gave them the wrong address despite sending me the hardware to my proper address.
They want me to book a 3rd day off work.... I don't think so. Im returning the hardware and if i don't get my money back ill be submitting a fraudulent activity charge to my credit card company.

I had placed an order for a 12th gen Kindle on 15th December and was given to understand that it would be delivered in 10 days. There was a delay of around 16 days before delivery but that’s to be expected during the Christmas season. On the whole it was a hassle free transaction.

Poor customer service
These guys were good for awhile but then when started having an issue with their modem not working right they wanted me to pay in order for them to send me a new one even after a tech was out and stated need new modem. Refused to fix issue
