Ghosty Host 

Horrible host respond time is horrible down time was like a whole month and the management just not good One of the owners were intentionally ignoring my ticket

Things went downhill after new owners came in.
Was great in the beginning but now it's slowly dying.
So far it's below average.

This place used to be an amazing host with fast support and amazing servers whereas recently since its changed hands its now become completely unreliable and unusable

Since the owner changed, my VPS has been down for basically 3 weeks now. Support takes a lot of time to respond and can't get the issues fixed. Hard to get any info on what's actually going on.

I've decided to rewrite this review due to things actually getting done within this company. Ill separate it in categories.

The Service (5/5):
The VPS I have bought has had no problems what so ever (other than the past 2 weeks of down time). I have had a great time with it and you can really push it to its limits. I enjoy using my vps as its really proved itself to be a very powerful server. I host an API, Minecraft servers, Discord Bots, and my website. Even under all the load it still pulls through. I have 0 complaints regarding performance of the VPS services.

The Website / Panel (4/5):
Really good looking and works really well. There are some minor (extremely minor) hiccups on the site such as some broken links. However there are different ways to get to those designated pages. The VPS panel works incredibly well, and its really nice and neat inside of the billing panel. You also have the option to open it in a full window which is a really nice touch. I have nothing further more to say. Fix the broken links and minor hiccups and you got yourself a 5/5 on that one.

The Support (2.5/5):
Support has gotten a bit better. Its far from perfect but actual communication between the Client and the Staff Team has actually started to happen. If this continues to happen I would definitely start increasing my review numbers. My wish as a client is if there were more support members (I understand if this isn't possible atm. I wouldn't mind joining myself), and if there wwas more announcements about certain things happening just to alert the client that "Hey were still facing this issue, and we need more time." This was said a few times, but at some point the whole thing went silent, and made a lot of people leave. Ill cut this short now. In short terms... Just try to provide better support. Ill consider giving it a 5/5 after wards.

My overall summary:
This company has an incredibly amazing amount of potential. Don't let it go to waste by things that can be fixed very easily. As a client who has been with this host for more than a year now can definitely say that it has been amazing in the past and it can be amazing now. The service was good and fast until they migrated hardware and told everyone to create a support ticket. I had an extra issue that the support team didn't really notice and instead told me to do something that they had already said to do. At that point, I basically gave up and instead tried to buy another server without trying to migrate the other one (I had a backup anyways), but I kept getting an error that wouldn't let me do that.

TL;DR, it's an ok service, but the support isn't great and they have issues here and there. If you are simply and individual and trying to get a VPS, they are alright.

Ownership changed and everything went to ship after Ghosty stepped down!

Bad services were down for about an week they couldn’t set up my services then I request for a refund they say there billing panel is down and yet how did I pay if the billing page is down then I ask again for a refund they say ok and still since 12/30/21 it’s now 1/15/21 and still no refund

Worst support... Unable to access cpanel since sign up.

Not recommended.
Waste of time and money

High speeds, cheap prices, very nice owner and top tier quality.

So yeah,
I have been using this hosting for almost a year now and it always had the best experience
Their support is very nice and fast, not to mention their discord server layout

Ghostly Host has been my number 1 hosting service for a long time. I have hosted a ton of sites through them and at pricing starting at $1/Month its insane their value. I absolutely love them and their support just makes it better. I open tickets about the most random things and issues and they respond super quickly, understand what i am saying, and fix my issue. Just today I needed to switch the domain on my hosting and they responded within 5 minutes and helped me set it up. Site works great and i love it. Will always use them for my sites.

One of the best Hosting service I have ever used. It's a great experience using this host. I will recommend everyone use this hosting because they provide best Server and Services in very cheap rates using Ghostly host since 4 months and my experience is great. Support is little bit show but yeah it's a small hosting company so it isn't that much issue. Thank you ghosty host for this amazing service.

Ghosty.Host VPS Performance is Really Good and Budget Pricings! Good Support

Great CPU performance on their Budget VPS hosting and great support. Owner is really friendly and prices are incredible. Would really recommend.

I like Ghosty.Host, because it's cheap and good. It also has quick and good support team on Discord.

I purchased a 4GB RAM VPS with just $4 monthly. My server is activated within a few minutes. The performance and uptime is very good. Their support is fast and helpful.

Ngl, they have the cheapest and most affordable service which also has top notch performance. I use to use gcp and use to have 99.3% uptime and after switching last week i havent faced any outages yet. Discord support is also really good and you can contact the owner for any help. 9/10 would recommend. I gave 1 point less because of the dashboard. The normal billing panel is kinda old school but port 4083 panel is good but lacks some feature. Other than that i am satisfied.

Really good hosting prices and more, as well as having a great server and team.
