Brilliant company to deal with
Brilliant company to deal with. George was so obliging. Had some old VHS tapes converted into files as a surprise for my mum’s wedding anniversary. She absolutely loved them. Definitely use them again

Outstanding service throughout.
I sent an old tape here to be converted to a USB drive because the camcorder was broken and I couldn't play it. There was excellent communication throughout and the video on the USB was very high quality considering. I can't express how happy and grateful I and my family are to get to see our lost loved ones and just the family in general. I am so pleased I chose this place.

Excellent, personal service. I 'phoned first to check if my tapes could be transferred. Speaking to someone in this age of chatbots gave me the confidence to try GHS Media. First class overall. Recommended

30+ year old tape restored
Had an old C90 tape cassette that I hadn't been able to use for about 30-40 years because the tape was broken. Got in touch with George, very helpful. He was able to splice the tape together and put it into a new cassette shell and it works perfectly. Thanks

Great service from George
Great service from George. I actually overpaid by accident, and had no clue I'd made an error. However, I got a call from George re a refund which was very honest of him. Would definitely recommend to others.
