Hi Craig, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We currently don't have the 14" replacement stones in stock, and unfortunately we still don't have an expected arrival date.
We did offer a 12" stone as an alternative or a partial refund if you preferred not to wait however, you let us know that you'd like to wait for the correct replacement.
As soon as stock becomes available we'll be sure to send your 14" stone.

Gave me a second hand item
Gave me a second hand item. Firstly it arrived broken. Got a replacement in the mail and that one came used!!! Not happy at all. Delivery was fast though and drivers were lovely can’t fault them.
