Vor vielen Wochen bestellt, eigentlich als Hochzeitstag Geschenk gedacht, kam nie an. Auf E-Mails wurde mit Standard Texten geantwortet z.b. "Der Versand verzögert sich aufgrund vom schlechtem Wetter".. im April... Update nach Streitfall über PayPal, giftmymusic gibt an den Artikel verschickt zu haben was absolut nicht stimmt. Ich Frage mich wirklich wie die guten Bewertungen hier zustande kommen. VORSICHT!!!

They made up a fantastic song for my husband’s 80th, so I thought it would be great to have a song on my own funeral with my last wishes for everyone. I didn’t have much confidence that they’d get it right, but they absolutely nailed it I am soo grateful

Katastrophale Bestellung, nachdem der Song geliefert wurde bekam ich etliche Angebote und Rabatte, hier habe ich eine instrumentale Version von meinem Song bestellt und bezahlt, seitdem bekomme ich noch mehr Werbung nur die bezahlte Ware wird nicht geliefert obwohl eine Lieferung innerhalb von 24 Stunden versprochen wurde.

Da blickt wohl niemand bei mehreren Bestellungen durch. Insgesamt nach anfänglicher Zufriedenheit jetzt ein absoluter NIE WIEDER Anbieter geworden

I had them do 2 songs for my wedding. In memory of my mom and in honor of my dad. Both songs were perfect! It brought tears to my dads eyes and everyone there. They took what we sent in and made it so amazing. It honestly was the best part of my wedding.

Unprofessionell und Betrug!
Ich habe von meinem Widerrufsrecht Gebrauch gemacht, jedoch wurde mein Widerruf vom Onlineshop nicht akzeptiert bzw. immer wieder hinausgezögert.

Statt einer klaren Lösung wurde ich mehrfach vertröstet und musste dem Kundenservice ständig hinterherlaufen. Eine verbindliche Antwort oder eine ordnungsgemäße Abwicklung des Widerrufs habe ich nicht erhalten.

Dieses Verhalten ist aus meiner Sicht nicht kundenfreundlich und wirft ein schlechtes Licht auf den Shop. Ich würde hier nicht noch einmal bestellen und kann den Anbieter derzeit nicht empfehlen.

Ich bin sehr zu frieden der Song ist genau wie ich es mir vorgestellt habe. Er hat mich selbst zu Tränen gerührt ich bin gespannt wie meine Frau drauf reagiert.

Einfache Klasse
Habe ein paar für mich wichtige Punkte angegeben und das Lied ist der Wahnsinn.
Emotional und meine Wünsche mehr als erfüllt.
Der Kundendienst hat bei einem Änderungswunsch direkt reagiert, 👍🏻
