Ich vergebe 5 Sterne und freue mich auf weitere Songs!!!

Giftmymusic has made my wedding day so more special as I am using the song for our first dance that my future husband knows nothing about!! The team have been so helpful in more than one way and are quick to respond to emails and any amendments if needed. Would recommend 100% if you want to create a special song for a special occasion or special person x

Der Song war innerhalb von 24 h da. Er hat mir auf Anhieb sehr gut gefallen.

Zero. Terrible customer service. They just ignore you. I had a lovely song but paid extra to have it on Spotify and Apple. This never came through and now they just ignore my emails. Terrible let down after such a nice song. Wanted it to be a special video with pics but can’t it’s not on Spotify. Scammer!!

Ordered a song and did receive it pretty fast however details were off (which I could have delt with) but name was completely mispronounced which made the song not usable. No answers from any attempts to contact them. I would not use this company.

I also requested a change as the name requested by me sounded like no-kki instead of Nicky! I have reached out to them several different ways and over 1week they haven’t responded so £35 down the drain. Do not do it! Absolute frauds. Find the ones on Facebook doing the same thing for 1 10th of the price. Will be reclaiming a refund from my credit card co. Arss oles

I ordered a personalised song from Gift My Music and was initially impressed with the concept and turnaround time. They also state that they offer up to 3 revisions/changes if needed, which gave me confidence when ordering.

Unfortunately, the name in the song was pronounced incorrectly, and I urgently needed a small correction as the song is a birthday gift needed within the next few days. I have tried contacting them multiple times through Facebook, Messenger, and emails to two different email addresses, but I have received no response at all. To make matters worse, both of the email addresses bounced back saying it does not exist.

The requested change is very minor, so the lack of communication has been really disappointing and stressful given the time-sensitive nature of the gift. The product idea is great, but customer support and after-sales communication seriously need improvement.

Ich bin rundum sehr zufrieden. Die Erstellung des Liedes ging überraschend schnell und das Ergebnis hat mir wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Beware of this company, they say 24/7 customer service, that is not the case. One of the emails they have is incorrect, address not found. What a waste of time and money.

Leider gibt es keinen halben Stern. Geld bezahlt, Lied mit vielen Fehlern. 3 mal eine Mail geschrieben. Mittlerweile kommt nur noch Mail konnte nicht zugestellt. VORSICHT SCAM

I purchased a song for my Mother for Mothers Day and I receive the song and the name is completely wrong and I feel like I'm saranading my Mom.Not even one minute into the song I stopped it and replied on the same email how I felt about the song and no response. So I messaged every email Giftmymusic sent me and not one response.Very confused and disappointed because the first song I purchased for Valentines day was perfect.?.? I just want what I paid for

Getting this song as a gift for our 30th Wedding Anniversary was the best thing I could ever have done. Wow. I just sent in a little bit of background about us and the most beautiful befitting song was created. My husband has to swallow twice, he said this is beyond special and a memory he will cherish forever. Thank you.

Be careful, this is a scam. They offered me that if I paid extra, they would send it within 8 hours. Instead, they sent it after more than 72 hours, and they are not giving me the option to get the extra money refunded. They also told me I could request 2 revisions, but now I can’t request any changes. On top of that, they don’t even have an email or phone number to contact them. THIS IS A SCAM, BE CAREFUL!!
