Mistake fixed and problem solved. Excellent product!
My initial order was all screwed up. Pictures and dates were reversed. BUT, the customer service dept reached out IMMEDIATELY. and corrected the problem. The ornaments turned out perfectly. They were apologetic and professional. I couldn't have asked for a b etter cs experience. Do not hesitate to order from this company that stands by their product 100%.

My items arrived in a timely manner. The people were nice and available. I was a bit disappointed in my products. The bag I ordered looks well made but the color is less vibrant than pictured. The crystal necklaces look cheap and the etching is so light it is barely visible.

I just LOVE my glass. What a great way to provide a personal gift to a special friend. Ordering was so easy. Loved that I could see a preview. Glass came quickly and in perfect shape.

I love ordering from Giftshire
I love ordering from Giftshire. Their products are high quality and competitively priced. The only downside is that they advertise free shipping with a minimum purchase of $75.00. and it's never an option at checkout. You have to pay the shipping upfront, contact their customer service dept and then they credit you back the shipping. It's a lot of extra time and effort that's simply unnecessary. They just need to give the free shipping when you order. Other than that they're great.

It was nice enough but not detailed
It was nice enough. I worked hard to get good contras picture for use but the etching in the glass was not very detailed. I was disappointed with the quality of the image. It was delivered with a lovely gift bag and my wife was appreciative.

Unfortunately, USPS took almorst 20 days to deliver my order and communication with your company on this matter wasn't the greatest. But the items I ordered, when they were finally received, were very nice.

I received the beautiful tumbler I ordered but wasn't the right color. I contacted the company and was promised a correct tumbler in place. I wasn't asked to return the wrong one. Great customer service. If not for the error in color, I would give them 5 stars.
