I previously wrote a bad review in regards to greasy fingerprints on a tumbler I purchased. The company was quick to respond to my review, but not so quick to respond to my emails, that they told me to send. Now I've gotten a charge for $9.10 from USPS because this company sent 2 packages with the same label. Meaning they didn't want to pay for 2 separate boxes so I got billed for it even though it was supposed to be free shipping. That's basically defrauding the USPS. Good job Giftshire. Way to be a terrible company. I'm sure they'll come on with a concerned response about not knowing what I'm talking about but that's not factual. Don't waste your time with this company.

You shouldn't market Valentine gifts and then not deliver them by Valentine's day; using the post office is a recipe for disaster, and I had to apologize to my sweetheart for her gift not arriving in time to give it to her on Valentine's Day.

Thoroughly unreliable
Thoroughly unreliable. I ordered $130 worth of custom wine tumblers for my friend's 50th birthday. Their location is only a couple miles away from my house. The estimated arrival time on their website was 2-3 days later (1-2 days before the event), which made sense since they're so close. When they hadn't arrived on the day of the event (and Shop said the order was still being processed), my husband drove down to their location. He had a hard time communicating with anyone there, because no one seemed to speak English. He finally found someone who told him the order was still in Virginia, even though their address is in Placentia, CA. They refused to cancel the order or refund my money, and now, I have $130 worth of paper weights that arrived 3 days after I needed them. Do not buy from them!

I ordered a custom pillow with photo for my Pastor and First Lady. They received a pillowcase only with no custom print. I called and they offered to send my correct purchase. This time, they received a pillowcase and the custom print was not how I designed it. I give up!! :)
