Terrible service. Bought voucher as a Christmas present. As it was a digital voucher code, I expected it to be delivered to their inbox on the same day. Waited days, contacted them but no response. Voucher arrived days after Christmas. Now reading the reviews, I’m nervous it won’t work once my parents use it

Purchased a John Lewis Gift voucher for a hard working employee about Christmas in 2021 which is valid until Jan 2024. On the first attempt the code wasn't recognised, spoke to customers services to correct. Unfortunately at that time they were caring for a terminally ill family member, when they did try to use the voucher - still doesn't work. The company has been taken over High Street Vouchers - who initially were helpful. Cant speak to anybody, no email replies... so going to have to go through a different legal route. Next time will go direct to the Retailers..

Scam of a company have been emailing for months regarding an issue. Had one response from an absolute useless customers service adviser. But been aired snice. They have been taken over by high street voucher I would stay away save your money and go direct to retailers.

Terrible company. Was gifted £50 H&M voucher which is empty and I haven’t spent it!!!! Not replying to numerous emails.

Bought a gift card for my brother-in-law but he never received it despite them supposedly sending it twice! It’s a scam!!

I’d not even give one star. This is a scam. I bought a voucher for my nephew. They sent the voucher and I passed on to my sister in law. When she went to pay for the thing nephew wanted, she was told someone had already redeemed the voucher!! So one of us was hacked. I’m still trying to figure out who and how. Do not trust this site.

Bought an asda gift card, taken money and sent nothing except an order confirmation email, luckily enough it was £100 from my credit card so my money is protected and will be refunded but this is becoming a joke, scam sites sat at the top of Google search results. That needs addressing.

Scam. Recipient and I received e mail promptly but when trying to redeem, just whirls constantly with a 'processing' message. Have not responded to my message to them via their online form either AVOID

Took my money and didn’t even get what I paid for

Took my money. 2 days later refunded it without telling me. So had the hassle of chasing and the embarrassment of the recipient having to chase me. It was a present following a funeral. I hope the people at this dodgy company can sleep at night.

FRAUD. i don’t know how they got my details but they took a payment out of my account?

A fraudulant payment was taken out of my bank account to gifsvouchers.co.uk. I have contacted the company several times about it - not even an acknowledgement back

Bought a voucher for Amazon for £150
Was unable to redeem it and they have stopped replying to my emails.

Avoid

Gift card didn't work from the first day. I kept asking them to help, they dragged their feet. I asked for a refund, they refused until after the time period when you can get a refund was over. Now I'm out all the money and can't do anything about it. I think it was just a scam that they intentionally took the money with no intention of ever giving me a working code.

Scammers don’t buy I bought a gift card they said 30 minutes in the email. It’s been over 24 hours... still nothing

Ordered a £100 chooza gift card for my niece as shielding from covid, delivered perfectly and the process was so easy, highly recommended as it gives her the option to choose something she likes.

Scam, never recieved code, support did not respond.

Really easy to use website and great range of products. Ordered vouchers and arrived within 30 minutes ready to use for Christmas present.

Can send directly to another person with a message which is great 👍🏻
