Gillies Avis 

We purchased a set of leather sofas and chair. Ethan was very helpful and even came out to the house to measure up so we were sure it would fit through our narrow door.
Yesterday Darragh and Bruce came out to deliver and set up. Adam the porter was also helpful and delightful whilst we were in the store.
What a credit to Gillies.
Staff like this are worth their weight in gold.

Excellent service from start to finish.

Clark in Perth went over and above to help us source a fabric swatch.
When we bought our sofa we were shocked to discover that the company who make the furniture don't supply swatches. We really needed one to help us select a carpet so Clark removed the colour sample from the book in the showroom, drove down to Livingston and allowed us to borrow it for a week or two. He even supplied a prepaid envelope to allow me to return it in good faith. This was over and above.
When the sofa arrived the guys were so friendly and careful not to damage the walls on the way in to the living room.
Despite the swatch situation I would definitely recommend the service and after sales care. Thank you.

My chair arrived as arranged almost to the minute. Very pleasant employees who moved a chair out of the way to accommodate my lovely new one. Just what I wanted and in the sale.

Service in shop very good, lovely young man in bedroom department, delivery men did job well but am disappointed to find three small marks on dressing table. Not sure what has caused this.

From I store sales person to delivery team, excellent. Informed at all times, in fact delivery early!

Another great service provided by Gillies Aberdeen. All of our new Venjakob units arrived well packaged and were installed very proffesionaly in our living room. Gillies Aberdeen even managed to tie in an order that we purchased from their Broughty Ferry store, to be delivered at the same time. Emma Masson in the Aberdeen store was really helpful with our choice of units, explaining the difference in sizes and various different lighting options in the units that we bought. All in all a very easy and pleasant shopping experience with Emma at Gillies. Thanks from Gordon and Jackie

Staff very helpful in store , everything explained about insurance cover cleaning of fabric etc . Delivery booked and text message received with time slot . My recliner chair was taken to room of my choice upstairs and installed , mechanism explained and cleared up after themselves , delivery men polite and cheerful
