They were unable to deliver my order on the day (Friday) as short on driver's, but did inform me in the morning. Delivered on Monday and refunded me £25 due to missed delivery.

Delivered on time good service but on ther delivery bags it says free delivery when ordered online but I was charged delivery

Placed a ordered mid week, only to be told on the day of the delivery that the drivers stuck in traffic, I explained that I will be on the job till 20:00hrs so it doesn’t matter what time it gets here, then the transport manager came up with some poxy excuse about a 45 hr a week taco!!!!! Absolute joke of a company couldn’t plan a kids tea party!! ORDERED CANCELLED !!!!!

Left a review yesterday regarding my order that didn’t turn up. Was meant to be delivered the following day (today) before 12pm. Yet again was not contacted to be told it’s late. Doing this review at 2:50pm and still no delivery. I called and spoke to Jess who was meant to contact the delivery company and contact me back. Nothing. I called again to then be told she’s gone home. Not sure the guy I spoke to but he was as useful as a cardboard box in rain and rude. Absolute horrendous customer service and horrendous company in general. I will never be buying from these again and do not recommend to no one.

I paid £25 for delivery on Friday but my item was delivered until Saturday afternoon, even though the delivery note stated first drop off Saturday!

Very helpful staff putting up with me changing the order three times. Had an item missing and a slab with damaged but they put it right the very next day. Will be using them again in the future.

Gills had in stock everything I needed for my fencing project, everything was easily purchased online, I placed the order few days in advance, it was delivered bang on time, would definitely use them again, thanks

We’re on a new build estate and no one can find us, but no issues from Gills. The driver was friendly and helpful and the gravel we ordered was cheaper than most other sellers we’d seen. Will definitely use Gills again.
