Customer services were easy to contact…
Customer services were easy to contact and were extremely helpful in sorting out my problem.
The delivery company were delayed in delivering my turf which caused a lot of it to be unrecoverable. Gravelmaster were kind enough to replace all of the damaged turf.

Delivery never turned up on specified…
Delivery never turned up on specified date. Following multiple phone calls to Gravelmaster they claimed it was my fault because I didn’t read the Ts & Cs as the arranged date is not a guaranteed date. Still waiting for the £15 AM additional cost to be refunded. Job was a write off , complete incompetence.

The sample took weeks to come
The sample took weeks to come. In middle of a renovation project waiting for a small sample bag to progress. Of all the delay issues this year by far the worst we experienced

The driver is very rude he discriminate…
The driver is very rude he discriminate against disabled people an he left the 500kg bag of gravel in the middle of my gate way. I'm disabled an need access in which he didnt care about i would never use this company again worst place an disgustingly rude drivers an he was rude to my neighbour I have this all on my ring door bell !!!! An to your reply that you use a third party to deliver for your company i called 4 times your company said he was coming back to move the bag from the middle of the gate an nobody showed to do this an seems as YOU use an third party deliver company it your responsibility to ensure customer are not treated like this but you cant an your wont Ive posted the video on social with your company name to make people aware how your company treat your disabled customers health an safety do not teach this in there courses check your handbook !!!!!

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately the delivery drivers do not work for Gravel Master, it is a third party haulier, however we do sincerely apologise about the drivers attitude. If you email our customer service Team and quote Trust Pilot, our customer service manager will pick this up and hopefully improve your service from our side.
But as mentioned the driver is not part of Gravel Master.
