Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible. First order wasn't delivered had to chase repeatedly only to find out it was not even despatched to delivery company. Then parts were missing and had to send emails and call to complete my order. Stupidly tried again and paid for a specific day delivery. Half the delivery was missing and ordered 1000kg bags that were half full. Even the delivery company agreed that they were not 1000kg bags as would not be able to deliver on pallet's.sent pictures to gravel master but they said they were weighted so that was it, no customer service at all. Have had to order elsewhere to full-fill the amount of stones. Very disappointed would never recommend or use again.

Misleading information
They let me place an order with the delivery note of “drop delivery over garden wall” implying they had some way to do that. Then when the delivery arrived on a pallet and pump truck and no way of doing that they then we’re going to charge me £80 per pallet to return it… and stated that in my confirmation email it tells me that they only deliver on pallets, but by that point it’s too late isn’t it. If you’re after bulk agg I’d just go to Travis Perkins they have the crane still and can probably be this mob on price.

When buying products of this nature it…
When buying products of this nature it is very inconvenient to have them delivered on a pallet, very few people have a dead level and flat surface leading into their property which means it has to be left in the road or payment which isn't officially allowed without a permit ,a hiab would be the ideal way to deliver aggregates. My deliver was supposed to be on a Friday when I was home but wasn't delivered till the Tuesday when no one was in so I had to make special arrangements, i wasn't given any explanation as to why they couldn't deliver on the arranged Friday.
