Very pleased…
Very pleased with the overall experience with clear ordering process and fast delivery of our jumbo bags. The delivery guy used a very handy small electric pallet cart and was able to put it right next to the bed we were covering at the back of our garden which saved a lot of time and energy to move it into place later.
The gravel we chose looks fantastic and as described after being washed off.

Good quality material but the driver damaged my driveway

I had an email from your commercial director saying this. However if you are using third party drivers, it’s still your responsibility.

1. The driver damaged the tarmac on my driveway. When I raised a complaint and provided CCTV footage as evidence, I was simply told that “we will punish the driver,” which did not address the damage caused and no compensation at all.
2. The material was of good quality, and the delivery arrived ahead of schedule.

Thank you for your review, I can see in our email thread with yourself that we never said "We Will punish the driver" We advised you as this is a third party haulier we will pass the information on the CCTV footage on as we are not liable for the damage.
The haulier has their insurance for damages this is why this is passed on.

Easy to order
Easy to order, prompt delivery.
Didn't give 5-stars because the second delivery, of the exact same product, was lighter in colour. Looks like it has a slight dirty covering over the stones. It may, eventually, wash away with weather. This isn't a dusting of debris issue - to remove the discolouration requires significant cleaning of the stones.

Gravel master failed to deliver on two…
Gravel master failed to deliver on two occasions.
I was later informed my order was lost.
I am out of pocket as had labour engaged to lay the gravel.
Complained to customer services.
Promised call from manager.
I am still waiting for the call. If I could give minus rating I would do.

Gravel was exactly what we wanted and the price was very competitive. The delivery is likely to only be to the roadside, so be prepared to move the gravel once delivered.

So bad after such a good first order
So bad after such a good first order. Two missed delivery slots and a substandard quality of stone in the one that did arrive. There were no communication updates about the missed deliveries and i had to chase them to find out what happened. Customer services offered no apologies or empathy. Constantly had to chase for updates and my refund, even though the staff promised that they would update me.
