kind and caring help
they allowed me to come pick up even though i didn't get a notification that the item i ordered was ready. the owner was very kind, explained everything to me, allowed me to select which one I liked, and gave me a sample serum to use. i thank you very much!!!

Really love the products from GingerChi. Customer service is amazing. Very helpful and patient when helping me through any confusion. The products have not disappointed in the slightest. You can feel the quality in their products. Can't wait to try them all.

Jute Body Dry Brush
Love the body brush. Arrived quickly and appears and performs as stated. There was even a little insert of instructions included for use and care. I have used it only a handful of times so far but I did feel refreshed each time after use.

Good products
Overall, I like the products I received. I haven't had a chance to use them all but they're good. The comb is the only disappointment. It's quite painful to use - I was not expecting that. I do love the jade rollers. they're beautiful! We will see how they hold up as I use them a lot during treatments with my patients :)
