Excellent customer service and top quality products would not go anywhere else now for my partys

I've ordered from Giraffe Cocktails quite a few times over the past 3 years and every experience has been really positive. Delivery has been timely, customer service has been great and responsive, and the cocktails are delicious!

We had these for a party last weekend, the cocktails were a hit and everyone said how much they enjoyed them

Further edit following response to the review: There was no typo in my email address all confirmations were received, you just failed to process the order and it took me chasing, twice, for my order to be dispatched. My first chaser email (which was a reply to the email confirmation I received) had no response, the second one two days later you did reply to within the hour.

How you can claim that emails were responded to quickly and that the items arrived inline with your delivery I don’t know. I order on 15th July, chased on the 21st, chased again on the 23rd, it was only then the first item was dispatched, arrived on the 24th and the other item arrived a day later. Your standard delivery is 3-5working days, I make that 7&8 days.

Not great customer service, placed order the emailed them a week later to say haven’t received anything nor had a dispatch email. No response. Followed up again a few days later and only then did I get a response or did anything get dispatched. Toppers arrived and look great, a day, and another email later, the cocktail samples arrived. Ordered the porn star martinis they were ok but not great, weird aftertaste. Won’t be ordering again

just had the most wonderful cocktails delivered, the espresso martini was just like anything I've had from a bar; if not more! quick delivery and wonderful service and not for the first time!

Amazing customer service from Giraffe cocktails, the website is so easy to use and follow. If you're looking at hosting a party these cocktails are the way to go, always go down a treat! The best pre- mixed cocktails in my opinion. Will definitely be ordering again!

By far the best quality ready made cocktails I’ve tasted! I ordered a mixed taster pack so I could try all 8 of their cocktails and they didn’t disappoint! I’ve now ordered a 5L mojito for an upcoming party!

We had various Giraffe Cocktails for our wedding and Tom went above and beyond in helping us. They went down an absolute storm and the guests said the Espresso Martinis were the best they had ever tasted! Thank you so much!

Sceptical because some pre mixed cocktails aren't great but I thought I'd give it a go and oh my goodness absolutely delicious. Easy to store and taste as good as bar quality plus it saves all the mess of mixing your own - really impressed amd very quick delivery

Really can't fault their customer service - I ordered a 3L Espresso Martini but was a bit surprised when I poured it and it was pink, turned out they had accidentally sent me an incorrectly labelled Cosmo. I emailed and got a very apologetic reply straight away (despite it being a Friday night!). Not only did they refund me but also sent me out a replacement of the Espresso Martini which arrived quickly.
The actual cocktails were great, the Espresso martini shaken up was just like what you'd get made for you at a bar. Will definitely be buying from them again!

I was a bit sceptical at first as my experience of pre mixed cocktails wasn’t great, however we had the Gin Garden at the weekend and it was fab.

Ordered two deliveries to go to friends for Christmas. Neither have tasted yet but service and updates excellent

Delivered every quickly, and securely.
